It was ok, the location near gradaland is a big plus when traveling with kids, the pool was also enjoyed by the kids, but bring swiming caps if you want to swim. Overall was ok, but I was expecting more, breakfast was the minimal one among a couple of hotels in the region. The only great thing about it all was the room size, everything else was ok, but the prices in italy are getting crazy for what they offer.

Breakfast needs improvements, been in 4 hotels in different areas around the lake, and this one had the poorest breakfast, and it was not the cheapest one, also bugs are everywhere as soon as you step outside to the terrase, some type of desinsection can be done once in a while I guess around the hotel.

Our week long stay with 2 young children was comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were great and the pool area in particular was much appreciated in the very hot weather. The staff were kind and helpful. We all enjoyed the Ferragosto events, including the magic show for the children. The hotel achieves a happy balance between efficiency and a relaxed family-friendly atmosphere. We didn't hire a car and managed well with buses and walking to Gardaland and local restaurants in Pacengo.

Pool bar didn't offer many healthy food options and the dinner buffet was not good value for vegetarians.

The location of the hotel is great for all the attractions, like Gardaland & Movieland. The rooms are of a good size and are clean. The swimming pool is nice to pass the time in the afternoon.

The stuff at breakfast time wasn't helpful and even rude - on the last day, we had to leave just as they opened for breakfast (7:30am) and we couldn't sit for breakfast, so we wanted to take 3 Croissants for the kids for the way, but one of the stuff said that's not possible and was quite rude at it.

The hotel is very clean and very family friendly. Staff is top notch and speak different languages to make everyone feel comfortable. The room is a good spaced room and the bathroom is of good space too. The temperature in the room was lovely. It is walking distance from gardaland and there is also a pathway where one can walk. It is walking distance from restaurants and very good restaurants.

It is not something which we did not like but maybe something we expected to have for the price paid. Breakfast was the same everyday which makes it boring to eat it 7 days a week. But other than that I will definitely choose it once again.

The hotel was nice and has a great location It would be a lot nicer if they added a few more facilities for kids, since many of the guests are families. The room was big.

The room is big but not very clean, there was a lot of dust in the room since it has a wall to wall carpet We could not open the windows since there was so much bee's and moskito's outside, the hotel should add nets. The breakfast was nice but it was the same every day which was boring also there were not too many vegetables and salads

The hotel is spacious, spotless, and the staff are beyond friendly. The waiters at breakfast and dinner were so warm and welcoming, and I was truly impressed to see the hotel manager himself helping prepare coffee during busy moments and lending a hand to the rest of the team. The facilities are more than enough to make your stay comfortable, and whenever we visit Gardaland or this part of Italy again, this will definitely be our hotel of choice!

Staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean Breakfast had lovely selection with lots of tables as we were a group of 11 we were all able to sit together Rooms were spacious (we are family of 5 in one room) Local bus transport available from the nearest village about 10 min walk providing a service to the nearest towns where there were train and ferry links

The swimming pool needed to be open later as after a day out visiting local attractions it would have been nice to come back to but it closed at 7pm

The fact that is 15 mins away from Gardaland, and Caneva Aquapark is fairly within the reach by bus. The room was pretty big and modern, clean as well.

The breakfast was poor and tasteless, for sure not a 4 stars hotel breakfast! Only few selection of foods, all tasteless(!), even the scrambled eggs... Croissants were barely filled with ingredients inside, even though they were marketed as such. Dinner overly overpriced, no drinks included. The price of the room with breakfast included was way too expensive, having in mind the quality of the food, better said the lack of it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was really great quality

It's a bit of walk to everything. 10-15 min walk to the gardaland Entrance (but there's nothing else closer) Also the restaurant is buffet only. not much options for dinner onsite on a rainy day. The closest restaurant in the village nearby is about 8 to 10min walk. And the lake side takes another 10mins. Unless you have a car, the only feasible transport is taxi or walking. Usually hotels in the US near theme park like this one would offer free shuttle service to/from the park during peak hours.

Clean and cozy hotel, rooms were clean, big and warm pool. Hotel is very close to Gardaland, it was easy to reach it by foot.

Caps were compulsary in the pool - that was irritating. Towels for pool were charged. Breakfast was rhe same each morning and variety was quit poor. At the last day we didn’t get clean towels though dirty ones were taken, toilet paper wasn’t filled. They cood offer lunch for clients as there were no working restaurants around in the middle of the day
