All the staff were incredibly responsive, friendly, and welcoming, making for one of the fastest check-ins I have ever experienced. Our room was large and well-appointed, featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel's location was excellent for our needs.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. The selection was very limited, consisting mainly of cold, store-bought pastries and cold boiled eggs. Fried eggs required an extra charge. The undeniable friendliness and efficiency of the breakfast staff could not overcome the poor quality and lack of choice. Given our last-minute booking price, expectations were higher. Some smaller issues added to the frustration: the lobby restroom was not well-maintained, and the bathtub was quite small (fitting only one person) and featured an unnecessarily loud bubble jet function. Finding the bar closed immediately after the Opera Festival performance was also a bit disappointing.

I loved the calm of the hotel plus the excellent air conditioning made staying in Verona very comfortable. We slept so well on each of the five nights there Enjoyed the variety of foods available for breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations for places to eat nearby.

No complaints really but a couple of things that would be appreciated are: More coffee satchels in the room. There was a general hair and body wash in the shower but no hair conditioner. Would have liked an English speaking channel available on the TV. All the channels were in Italian it seems.

A stylist, comfortable and spotlessly clean bedroom, lovely breakfast and comfortable lobby area. Fantastic aircon. The hotel is a comfortable 10 minute walk to the arena, through a slightly rundown square which had groups of teenagers the first night, but we never felt uncomfortable, so all good.

They advertise room service, but no-one in the hotel seems to be aware of it. This isn't a major issue for me, but my daughter was ill so it would have been useful. However it was easy to arrange a deliveroo delivery straight to our room, so no worries.

The location was excellent. It was only a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 12 minute walk to the city centre (amphitheatre). The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. We were provided with a clean room, bedding, and towels each day. The water pressure was very good, with large bathrooms and hot water. Electric heating was comfy, and the towel heater in the bathroom was great. Breakfast was pretty good, with scrambled eggs, bacon, and Italian meat and cheese plates. Also, fruit and crosaint/toast/pastry. Juice bar and machine coffee with multiple (10+) coffee types. You can also kindly ask the barista for a capuchino. You can also purchase an omelette or speciality breakfast. The elevators (2) were new, working, and quick, although it was during the off-peak time of the year (Dec 20-24).

The beds and pillows were a bit hard for my liking but roomy to spread out. Roomy closet to hang 10+ pants/shirts but it would have been nice to have a dresser with drawers to layout under garments and socks.

I likes that i was made to feel welcome and as it was the first time travelling alone I felt safe in my hotel room and the surrounding area. The staff at the front was very helpful by giving me a map and showing me places to visit and eat . My breakfast was amazing and the ladies looking after this section was wonderful . I sat in the bar to have drinks and read my book and the bar men were helpful. The general manager took the time to introduce himself and we chatted and laugh about things. Amazing.

Maybe only a small thing is that something provided in the evening to eat if possible, as most places to eat are a little walk away from the hotel if you are a solo traveller.

The location was great. Very near the train station and we walked every day during our stay to the main square for our meals. It was near the food places and yet at a good distance such that there wasn't much crowd or noise around the hotel. The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable. Appreciate the consistent hot water supply in the shower. The staff were friendly and reliable. I would stay there again if I were to visit Verona again.

It would be great it there was a 'do not disturb' indicator or door hanger to inform the staff that we didn't need cleaning. The soundproofing of the walls was not that good so we could hear noise from other guests. There were children playing loudly in their rooms or along the corridor on a couple of nights and that was quite loud from our room. Perhaps common in the country but there wasn't any internal lock on the door, which would have been more assuring, but we felt quite safe in the hotel.

A clean, well-maintained hotel. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Underground parking . The staff at the reception, at breakfast and at the bar is great. A comfortable, very large bed. We asked for a room on the quiet side - they gave us a room in the courtyard, it was quiet enough there. We also liked that there was a lot of sunlight in the room. The breakfast is quite decent, there is everything that would not be hungry.

This is a wish- upgrade bath towels.

The room is newly renovated, clean and the decor is nice. The hotel is located in quiet street and only 10 minutes walk to the center. The air conditioning works as it supposed to unlike many hotels we stayed-in in Italy.

The breakfast is ok but it can be much better for a 4 stars hotel. Most of the staff were outstanding but two in the reception were very reluctant to move from the desk to entrain our questions.

The decor was great, the rooms were beautiful - we had adjoining rooms and each one was lovely on its own. The beds were super comfortable, staff really helpful too and location was very close to the town centre and also to Verona Porto Nuova train station - both walking distance.

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, apart from the croissants which were great, everything thing else was meh…

Very good location close to the station and easy walk to historic centre. Bedroom very good with large comfortable bed , good air con and well fitted modern bathroom. Staff very helpful assisting us dropping off luggage before returning hire car and booking taxis.

Breakfast choice wasnt great, was total self service and was very busy, little variety of breads and cereals , etc.
