The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful. The chef was amazing, showing us what was gluten free every dinner and bringing food from the kitchen so that we don't have to take from the buffet and risk cross contamination (we ate only at Wonder restaurant). The free shuttles to Gardaland park were convenient.

Expensive, all things considered. We made a mistake and didn't include breakfast/dinner in our reservation so had to pay separately and it was very expensive every meal, and there aren't really any options nearby if you don't have a car.

Wonderful place to stay with children. Rooms are spacious, cosy and clean, there is soo much to do here with the little ones. Welcoming and helpful staff. A stone throw from Gardaland. Very happy with the stay and will definitely come again.

1. silly caps requirement for the pool: one needs to suffer a huge queue to the bar to get the caps for the pool. And that on the sun and that with the kids. Ruined the mood completely. 2. staff in the restaurant overworked and struggle to accommodate everyone. 3. coffee in restaurant (for breakfast) is really disappointing. One should be able to enjoy better coffee in Italy.

Very nice hotel for children. Clean, nice periple at reception.. We also booked few nights în Peppa Pug room any it was spectacular, whorted the money.

First we recived a room in 2nd floor, with just a small window that open just a lițtle., a sort of attic. Than we changed the room and every thing was fine. It’s not normal you offer these rooms with small windows at the same price as the others and it’s not ok that you offered that to us, since you har other rooms available.

The hotel atmosphere was magical,it was a never ending Gardaland experience.The animation team was great,every night had a different theme and they put a lot of effort into it.It's a kid friendly hotel,with plenty of Gardaland details and comfortable rooms.The food in the Wonder restaurant was tasty and had a big diversity of dishes and desserts.They stay was better than I expected and my child was entertained all day long

I found the wonder restaurant prices a bit pricey, although the food was delicious

Everything was excellent. The hotel is even more stunning in person than in the photos. An incredible experience for the children. The breakfast was excellent.There is organized transport from the hotel to Gardaland, so you don’t need to use your own car and waste time, especially considering the heavy traffic and crowded parking areas around Gardaland.

My family really liked the Gardaland Hotel. It is located approximately two kilometers from the Gardaland attractions and the Aquarium. And about 20 km from Verona. Clean and tidy rooms and bathroom. Room cleaning and towels were changed daily. It was nice to take a walk in the park and take pictures near the fountain with characters from cartoons and fairy tales. Breakfast and lunch can be ordered as needed. Polite and responsive service staff.

The property was impressive from the drive up to the entrance. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. we were a family of 7 split across 3 rooms. 2 of our rooms were adjoining so that we could keep an eye on our young children. There were various food options across the three Gardaland hotels, and plenty of entertainment throughout the day for young kids. The staff were amazing - so friendly, particularly Giacomo who welcomed us like family every time we came to the main dining room. The dinner buffet, although fairly pricey, was the best we have ever had. Access to the amazing Gardaland theme park was easy via the free shuttle.

It would have been convenient to have the option of buying an all inclusive dining plan. It is fairly far from any historic sight seeing in Italy if you are not driving.

Everything was wonderful in the hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The lobby was wonderful for the kids. Amazing place for fun and pictures. In this way, the kids are already in Gardaland even in the hotel lobby. All of these bring a nice experience.

It would be nice if the entertainment/animation for kids is in English as well or to have some hours and time in English. In Italian, it was not boring because the foreign kids couldn't understand anything.

The hotel is really nice especially if travelling with children. Beautiful courtyard/garden and outdoor gym facilities and well maintained order. Good connection through shuttle bus to the Gardaland parks and not too far from train station.

The breakfast could be a little better to be honest, as for Italian standards the pastries were not all that great, but overall a good affordable continental breakfast.

Lovely rooms beautiful setting...the park was excellent.

Pool closed at 7pm in the middle of summer and you had to wear bathing caps that you bot from the hotel reception at 7 euros each. The staff was rude as they only spoke Italian and didn't take the time to understand what we were trying to say especially at the bar in the mornings. They used to wave their hand at us like dismissing us .
