Great Family-Friendly Hotel with Fun Activities — A Few Minor Drawbacks We stayed at this hotel with our children and found it to be an ideal place for families. The kids loved the swimming pools, and there were daily activities for both children and adults, which made the stay fun and engaging for everyone. Breakfast was served as a buffet with plenty of options, and for lunch and dinner, there were several restaurants to choose from—great variety and solid quality. The only downside was the lack of a supermarket on-site. If you need to shop for groceries or other items, you'll need to take a bus or taxi into town, which takes about 10–15 minutes. The rooms were also a bit noisy at times. We could hear other guests in the hallways, nearby rooms, and from the courtyard, which could be disruptive, especially at night. Aside from those small inconveniences, this is a great hotel for families with children. The facilities and atmosphere really made for a fun and memorable stay.

Very clean, rooms very clean and cleaned daily. Towels provided for the sun loungers which was great. Shower in the room was amazing!! Proper power shower. Pools were immaculate - great activity and music by the Laguna Beach pool and very relaxing at the relax pool. There was also a pool for little ones. Shuttle bus to Peschiera every hour on the hour was fantastic and last return bus from the town was 11pm. Lots of fabulous restaurants in the town. Shuttle bus will also stop at the train station if you are going to Gardaland theme park. At the train station there is a free shuttle bus direct to Gardaland. Food was lovely at the resort - casual bar/food at the Laguna Beach pool and fab Pizza and Pasta restaurant and bar at the relaxation pool - very good value too. Entertainment Team were very good - special shout out to Davide and Lorenzo - so friendly and engaging.

The keyword for this resort is "spacious". Living in Italy, where all the spaces are narrow and tight, it is such a joy for me to come here and just be able to experience having space. Nice pools, lots of activities for the kids, with an entertainment staff that works their butts off all day and night, and work hard to include kids and make sure that families know about what they have on offer. Our family room was airy and huge, with a lovely balcony. The dining room is also expansive and they offer a fine range of great quality food for breakfast and other meals. And if you want to leave the resort for a while, well, you're on Lake Garda, so there is no shortage of lovely and fun places to go, great restaurants, etc. The check-in staff is also extremely friendly and helpful, I booked our room for the wrong number of guests, and Tommaso did not give me a hard time or show resentment that I had made more work for him, he just politely and in a friendly manner rebooked me for the correct room. We came here once at the beginning of June and again at the end of September, and this is going to be our regular summer vacation spot from now on.

The evening entertainment was good-hearted, but not professional. There is some real talent there, but for the most part was on the level of a high school production. I'm amazed that the kid's entertainment staff works from 10 AM to 9 PM with kids, then they get up and do a stage show in the evenings. Is that even legal? The staff in the dining room is also clearly overworked, I felt bad for them. They always stayed polite and helpful, but they need to hire more people. It would be nice to have a vending machine somewhere with chocolates, chips and other snacks available.

The room was spacious and well stocked with amenities. Breakfast buffet was rich but not of the best quality , something that you probably expect when booking in such a big resort. Parking was free and in the room there was a free bottle of water and some cookies as welcome gifts. The guy that checked us in was very kind and helpful

We didn’t like the fact that the reception for the check in was not in the main building, we had to walk and carry our staff until there and it was raining. There was no shuttle to take us back so we had to walk this distance twice. Just move the front desk in the main building or at least mention it in Booking.com that the check in desk is located at a 7-8 minutes walking distance. Wifi was bad, you have to register online to connect but we never connected. Breakfast was not so great.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely heated indoor pool with spa and gym. Park outside with a few different pools. Water is freezing though so best to use in summer. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

No shop / supermarket on site. No where to get snacks. Most restaurants on site don’t open until 6pm with one pasta place open all day (but was shut the day we got there) so found it difficult catering for my 2 year old who eats before 6pm. Take plenty of snacks yourself.

Good location, easy access from the highway, several onsite restaurants with different menus and a free shuttle to Peschiera town. Good price/quality ratio, not hiking prices up during a major event in Verona.

Bed preferences not respected (double bed instead of twin) even if confirmed beforehand, no housekeeping staff available at 5pm to rearrange them. Very little variation of breakfast over the duration of my stay.

Breakfast was perfect as they gave a good amount of gluten-free options The bus service into town was excellent and a very pleasant bus driver Rooms were cleaned every morning

It was a quiet place to stay while waiting for my return flight to London. Very good buffet meals. Not too far from Verona airport. There was no feeling that it was not a 'rip off'

The artists impression of the site lay out would have been better with a real map. On the first day while wandering around a bit lost I kept meeting others who were totally lost.

Staff were nice. Entertainment was good in the evening. There was a bus that you could get on from the hotel that was included, which would take you to the nearest train station and Town. Pools were nice and clean. Rooms were very clean.

The pools were excellent. Very relaxing atmosphere. The kids club team were amazing with children and in the evening entertainment.
