Nice laguna style pool, some great smaller pools, mini golf, restaurant, cafetaria and some sports options (golf, tennis). The apartments are reasonable in space and comfort.

Being next to a golf course doesn't really give you the Garda vibem the TV is (very) small and unfortunately the air conditioning in the living room started to leak causing the wall to get all wet. It was repaired but they applied chemicals against fungi and that is both smelly and unhealthy. Also, it wasn't communicated well that they would cut electricity between 8 and 15.00 at some day, so that we could waste a lot of food in our fridge.

The accommodation was located in a peaceful and beautiful area. The apartments were spacious, basic, and clean. The recreational activities, swimming pools, programs, and dining options were excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the skateboarding instructor, whose kindness made my son's holiday memorable and truly successful

The private taxi recommended by the hotel was very expensive, and the driver's political talk and strong opinions were uncomfortable.

Firstly they ask 100 euros "guarantee" which are not mentioned on booking. Thats really weird. They only asked me for my credit card to pay said guarantee in case i mess something up. Again, weird. What happens if im on a tight budget? - it should be mentioned on booking This guarantee consists of you cleaning the kitchen and taking your trash out. Now obviously you should at least try to leave the room decent if you re not an animal, but taking the trash out is too much. Would still come again, but hopefully they'll change this policy.

The two-bedroom apartment is spacious, and the pools are great. The kitchenette is normally sized, although it would have been nicer had it been slightly bigger

The absence of in-apartment Wi-Fi is unacceptable these days. Guests are directed to the lobby or the main hotel for internet connectivity, which is particularly inconvenient for international tourists reliant on their cellular data plans

All the entertainment staff at the main pool were very friendly & great at their job, also the staff members at the pool bar were so friendly & helpful. The music & entertainment were very good.

It would be more convenient to have a shop onsite to go into rather than have to order online. Would be nice to be given towels & bed linen more frequently.

Pool and facilities for kids was great, the pool is not deep and allows the kids to go to the depths they prefer gradually, the staff at Laguna Pool are amazing and entertain the kids.

The food is not best quality at the pool and they have no healthy options, but that said they serve all day and kids can grab pizza, nuggets and fries etc, which makes staying at the pool easier. The bedding and furniture in the apartments is a bit old and worn, especially the sofa beds, very old covers etc but the sheets are clean.

The location was great and extremely close to Peschiera del Garda, a short 8 minute drive to Gardaland. The kitchen was fully equipped. The resort is lovely, unfortunately we didn't have the time to try out the pool, but it looks very nice.

We were there for a short 2 night stay and didn't think to bring dishwashing fluid and a sponge, and for checkout you need to clean the apartment. Of course it is no problem to wash up after ourselves, but a small cleaning cit would have been lovely. Also if you stay here, bring a hairdryer since it's not available in the room. :)

Our second time going back, the entertainment staff and the staff in pasta pizza, the pool bar were all amazing

The shop could have been a walk in facility rather than online and day before booking for food rolls etc. holidays need to be more relaxed so an on site shop would work better

The pools were excellent, and there was a selection to choose from. The shuttle bus was a real bonus as taxi rides would have added considerably to the expense. Entertainment team worked extremely hard throughout the day and were very friendly.

I think there needs to be more support when locating the self catering accommodation. A map was provided but difficult to use in the dark and in unfamiliar location. Also the distance from the reception was difficult to negotiate without the availability of luggage trollies especially when travelling with young children who needed assistance.

Beautiful pool garden. Comfortable beds and good matresses for a bad back like mine. I like stiffer matresses. The receptionists were very professional and took good care of us. Location is good, it's close to Gardaland.

It's a dog friendly hotel and people take their dogs whether they are well trained or not, so some dogs were pretty loud and barked a lot. Then in some places you can smell the dog pee in the heat.
