We were very satisfied with the accomodation, well equipped comfortable apartment and Marco (the landlord) was also very disposed. 1st room with double bed, 2nd one with separated beds for our kids, separate bathroom for every room, large living room and dinning table with well equipped kitchen, all rooms aircondiotioned. 2 sunbeds outside the apartment with the table and sunshade. It was possible to park the car in the shade. The breakfast (dinner) was possible to get at close golf resort.

The traffic in the nearby city was heavy and chaotic, mainly due to current road reconstruction. The region around Lago di Garda is very beautiful but heavily overcrowded.

Great location which gives easy access to Peschiera del Garda - 5mins in car. Property is set in its own well maintained gardens, bordered in parts by a golf course. Plenty of gardens to walk and very picturesque setting. Excellent pool, well maintained. Room had all essentials, including fridge, hob, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for shower etc. overall very clean throughout and well worth a stay. Staff provided a lot of help with regard to where to visit and were always on hand - and provided clear instructions for accessing property after a very late arrival. Staff couldn’t have done more to help.

Furniture a little ‘rustic’ but clean and practical and fitted in with style of building. Provision of small basic welcome pack (salt, pepper, olive oil, milk) would be good, though shops are easily accessible with car. For longer stays perhaps provision of extra washing up liquid and drying cloth. Maybe also consider soap/ shower gel etc.

Delightfully converted period property set in tranquil grounds but well positioned to access Peschiera del Garda & Verona. Swimming pool was spotless and we liked the fact that we could take a five minute walk across the neighbouring golf course and have good food at the hotel using 15% discount.

Preparation area in kitchenette was minimal and as a party of five adults plus baby we could have benefited from two sofas as opposed to one plus one uncomfortable armchair which needed re-springing

The apartment was truly wonderful, being spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped. Marcus was exceptionally kind and generous, offering invaluable assistance with helpful tips, sightseeing suggestions, and local communication support. We had a truly delightful week.

We prepared a significant amount of food. It seems that the ventilation system could benefit from some enhancements. When preparing meals within the apartment, the aroma of the cooking tends to permeate the entire space.

Very clean and well presented property, with beautiful grounds and easy access to the golf club for lovely dinners out. Our children loved the pool! Coffee machine was a nice touch and WiFi and aircon worked very well. The owner Marco was very accessible for anything we needed. Thank you!

Minor point but the pillows were too hard and only one was provided each. Close to motorway exit but you really didn’t know it once you were inside the grounds.

This gorgeous manor outside of Lake Garde was amazing. It vastly exceeded our expectations and, in fact, some of our friends in Munich are looking to stay there too. The property was beautiful, the apartment was enormous and very comfortable. The pool was just great for me and my kids. It was easy to get around to Verona and the lake, but we ended up spending more time at the place than expected.

This is not a critcism, as things were just fantastic, just a suggestion. At some point, they might consider serving food as we just ended up cooking because we didn't want to leave. The place was better than the lake.

Great place for family of six with swimming pool, playground, field, outdoor table and chairs, ample car parking, quiet at night and nice indoor kitchen / dinning area. The village and lake were enjoyable. Staff were especially welcoming and helpful.

Think twice about this place if you do not have a car as it is remote from the village and the only connecting road is not suitable for walking. No footpaths and current road construction.

I loved the property and location. It’s nestled beside a golf course which is pristine. Also the grounds of the apartment are wonderful,with a lovely pool and downstairs common area. Tea coffee machine available and vending for snacks. The pool has nice loungers and water clean and cool. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. The lady who met us and gave us keys was informative and friendly.

We had an upstairs apartment with a wooden roof that absorbed the heat all day. It was so hot and its height of summer. The aircons need a service and possible regassing. They could never meet the required cool

Host's approach was excellent, very friendly and ready to help. We had bikes, so it was great that we could store them in the shed. Train station is not far away and to Verona it takes only 15 minutes, really nice for one day trip. This accomodation is great after busy day spent near Lago di Garda, as it is really noisy and crowded area.

I would prefer wider range of free toiletries.
