Incredible location, lovely hotel. Room was great. Direct access to swim in the lake

The pool smells a bit like sulphur as it’s thermal but not enough to put you off.

We was with dog, who was taken care of as other guests: bed, food facilities etc. Perfect view over lake. Very good breakfast.

You have to be used to smell from terme pool , if you want to have a nice lake view

Excellent location, attentive staff, well-appointed and comfortable rooms.

Lobby and hallways smell of sulfur at times because of the thermal pools, but it was never so bad that I regretted staying at the hotel.

- Property is beautiful and has a real old world charm to it. - The natural thermal water pool and spa area are just amazing. The view from the pool is something I'll never forget - a once in a lifetime memory! It was so relaxing and we managed to capture the most stunning photos at sunset. - Staff give you a mini tour of the property when you check in which was much appreciated. - Rooms are spacious and comfortable. - Best location right at the entrance to the old city. - Gorgeous view of the lake at the breakfast table.

- Breakfast was underwhelming. For a 5 star property, the breakfast was lacking and I was disappointed at the selection. I was just expecting more from a hotel of this standard. The selection seemed somewhat limited.

Wonderful location on the lake with spectacular views and relaxing hot spring pool that’s open from 9am to 10pm. Breakfast buffet was outstanding and service was first class. The hotel is literally a few hundred yards from the entrance to the old town of Sirmione, with the city wall, gate and castle just a two minute walk to great restaurants and cafés. The front desk staff were amazing and arranged a local car rental service for us at very short notice. By far our most enjoyable moments were at the buffet breakfast and the hot spring pool.

There is nothing we didn’t like about this hotel.

Excellent clean facilities + rooms, spacious lakeside terrace with convenient access for swimming + plentiful seating/ sun loungers, clean + well serviced rooms, nice toiletries, v. helpful + friendly staff throughout, fantastic location for old town + boat/ ferries, wonderful castle & distant mountain views

only minor things - the ordered egg dishes at b’fast were disappointing + coffee pods in room not topped up - required to purchase.

Beverage and dinner / restaurant pricing. Hospitality note: The stay was overall great, but our last night when we asked to eat at the restaurant it felt like they almost told us it was impossible to eat there despite we were guests. They checked with the restaurant manager and the told us we could go but we didn’t feel like we were welcomed. The food has enormous potential but both our entree were cold unfortunately. The bread basket was huge and generous and I would say humours compared to everything else. I had a surgery the following day and had to be fasting so that was unfulfilling dinner. Thank god for the bread. Overpriced. Portions must be bigger for the cost.

This hotel was just perfect for our little getaway in Sirmione. It was beautiful. The staff were incredible. The location is perfect, so close to the castle and the old town. Breakfasts were some of the best I’ve had. So much choice, always stocked up with fresh baked cakes, pastries, breads, fruit, meats and cheeses, and looked after by the staff. The pool and staff at the bar were also great all day long. Ensuring we were in the shade when we wanted it, and with drinks / snacks. This hotel has class, would highly recommend. Also enjoy some spa treatments too, they added to the luxury and were very reasonable.

We upgraded our room to have a lake view, which was beautiful but felt it very overpriced. The balcony was tiny and barely room to sit on it. Only provided with 2 standard coffee pods, had to pay for additional ones and we were staying 6 nights @ approx 650E per night.

Exceptional service. It’s a lot of money but the best standard of hotel and service I have ever received. Also it seems to be the only hotel with direct access to the lake which was a huge bonus.

Hotel location is great apart from passing noise at night from the old town making it difficult to sleep. So perhaps putting in more noise cancelling features to address this?
