room was big and clean, that extra bed to put clothes is always a plus for us. breakfast was good. nice pool and also pool area. close to Gardaland, just 5 mins by car which is a saver after a long day there : )

although close to Gardaland, you need to take a car or taxi to go somewhere as there's nothing to see in the surrounding area. even to go for a run, its not that easy as roads are quite narrow. but nothing negative about the hotel.

The room was clean and looked like it had just been remodeled. The staff was amazing. They have clear instructions and have great recommendations for restaurants. The towels were very clean and we even got a private balcony space. We didn't pay for breakfast but the wonderful staff still made us a coffee that was really good. We will definitely staying again!

The pool wasn't open. It was chilly outside but for some reason I thought the pool would be available. Might have been my mistake.

We could check in online before areival which speeded up the process of accessing the room. Staff were really welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is great being 4 mins by car from Gardaland and 10 to 20 mins from Lazise, Bardolino and Peschiera. The breakfast option was very convenient and good value for money.

Staff were amazing and friendly and also helpful. Our room had the ac not working and they changed the room immediately without any hesitation. Breakfast was good and delicious. Beds were comfy. The location was perfect close to everything we needed. Gardaland movieland safari park sealife .... We also drove off to limone and lago di garda

Everything was perfect

The accommodation is very close to Gardaland, restaurants are very close by, very easily reachable, the staff is super kind and funny and the reception is open 24/7.

The AC blows directly onto the bed, and summer nights get uncomfortably warm. However, turning on the AC is bothersome because it's noisy and makes it harder to fall asleep, especially with the air blowing right at the bed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our check-in and check-out in a good manner. The facilities and room seemed clean, however many guests with families and small kids make it quickly a not so enjoyable experience. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning provided a pleasant environment after a long warm day. The bathroom was quite large and for our needs just fine. Bring your toothpaste and toothbrushes, and anything you need personally :) Towels provided should be more than enough. The breakfast was quite nice with a large selection of a morning buffet. Arrive early, or late, and avoid the chaos :) The pool is a nice touch and we certainly enjoyed it before families and kids flooded in. During daytime up until early evening, should be quite pleasant. In overall a positive experience, considering all the above.

The sound proofing is not the best in the rooms. One can clearly hear louder voices from next door, especially families discussing. And this hotel seems like a hotspot for families who go on to Gardaland, so there's no escaping from them. As mentioned in the positives, loud and chaotic families, if you are that "lucky". But this is not the Hotel's fault.

We really liked this hotel. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our two dogs. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and spoke great English. The room was spacious and clean with great beds and a lovely hot shower. The kitchenette was perfect for cooking. Very close to Gardaland and only a short drive from lake Garda itself. Supermarkets nearby.

Not about the hotel, but the roads don't have pavements to walk near the hotel. The hotel does offer to take you place near by

The location is near by everythink if u have car! No public buses passing by there,so u depend on the taxi or the transport from.the hotel!

Very good location if you plan to visit Gardaland. Excellent breakfast. Free spacious parking. Very nice park and swimming pool. Daily cleaning.

Rooms needs modernization. Bathrooms need to have separate shampoo and soaps, cotton buds etc.
