The room was clean and looked like it had just been remodeled. The staff was amazing. They have clear instructions and have great recommendations for restaurants. The towels were very clean and we even got a private balcony space. We didn't pay for breakfast but the wonderful staff still made us a coffee that was really good. We will definitely staying again!

The pool wasn't open. It was chilly outside but for some reason I thought the pool would be available. Might have been my mistake.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our check-in and check-out in a good manner. The facilities and room seemed clean, however many guests with families and small kids make it quickly a not so enjoyable experience. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning provided a pleasant environment after a long warm day. The bathroom was quite large and for our needs just fine. Bring your toothpaste and toothbrushes, and anything you need personally :) Towels provided should be more than enough. The breakfast was quite nice with a large selection of a morning buffet. Arrive early, or late, and avoid the chaos :) The pool is a nice touch and we certainly enjoyed it before families and kids flooded in. During daytime up until early evening, should be quite pleasant. In overall a positive experience, considering all the above.

The sound proofing is not the best in the rooms. One can clearly hear louder voices from next door, especially families discussing. And this hotel seems like a hotspot for families who go on to Gardaland, so there's no escaping from them. As mentioned in the positives, loud and chaotic families, if you are that "lucky". But this is not the Hotel's fault.

The accommodation is very close to Gardaland, restaurants are very close by, very easily reachable, the staff is super kind and funny and the reception is open 24/7.

The AC blows directly onto the bed, and summer nights get uncomfortably warm. However, turning on the AC is bothersome because it's noisy and makes it harder to fall asleep, especially with the air blowing right at the bed.

We really liked this hotel. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our two dogs. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and spoke great English. The room was spacious and clean with great beds and a lovely hot shower. The kitchenette was perfect for cooking. Very close to Gardaland and only a short drive from lake Garda itself. Supermarkets nearby.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, small pool, nice yard and quite neighborhood.

The beds for children are small, but also a bit uncomfortable, because it was a modular beds. And every time the child sleeping on the top bed moved, I had the impression that the bed was unstable and would fall on the bottom bed, on which another child was sleeping. Next time for sure will not use the top bed. Or, it could be used for smaller kids, 3-4-5 years old.

Nice and clean accommodation meeting expectations and standards. Close to the lake and the attractions of Lago di Garda. Good breakfast, large garden with pool

The pool could be bigger

Breakfast was very good (e.g. egg, cheese, ham, vegetables) compared to the normal, "minimal" Italian one, and in particular the coffee was excellent!

I missed black tea for the breakfast, and the shower in the bathroom was a bit strange (too large for a small cabin).

actually it was a nice experience , the hotel , stuff, the locals are friendly and the place in general wonderful . Even the shopping centre was very good and there are many places for kids the lake completely nice

Clean and spacious room, strong wifi, car parking, breakfast a bit short of variations, but okay. Good location, close to Peschiera del Garda, Sirmione, Gardaland, Parco Natura Viva. People are very hospitable in the hotel.

Nice staff!! We really liked everybody working in this hotel: from the reception to bar and restaurant, the people were smiling and very kind helped and serve us. Delicious breakfast! Very confortable beds. Good value for the money, we payed very little for 2 nights and recieved more.

Beeing a location close to nature there are little bugs.
