Excellent Experience in Garda Relais Our stay in this hotel was incredible, and much of that experience was due to the wonderful service we received. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and professional. One particular moment that truly stood out was when our car broke down during the trip. We were understandably concerned, but the team was incredibly helpful and proactive. They quickly assisted us with the car repair, coordinating everything and offering the support we needed so that our trip wasn't affected. This experience exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, exceptional service, and top-notch customer care. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!

TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!! It was super clean and comfortable! The location was perfect if you are by car and want to visit Garda lake, Verona- it’s 20 min by car from Sirmione. There was a breakfast for 7€ per person which was buffet with amazing food, coffee and juice! The girl on reception recommended us a place for dinner /pasta/- Ristorante Pina /amazing family restaurant for good prices and perfect delicious food!!/ it was 15 min walking from the hotel. Also the hotel has a parking space in front of it. I guess Gardaland is also really close!

The apartament was perfect for our family-very cosy, quiet, very clean, the location and the facilities were as well a plus.

It would have been great for us-2 adults and 2 kids-we spend a hole week there to have more variety at breakfest and also dinner included.

The property is in a good location. Close to the lake Garda, Gardaland, Verona. In an hour by car to Bergamo. The staff is so kind and polite. Everything in the room is new and clean. The staff cleaned up the room every day. There is a parking space. The beds are enough big and comfortable. The bathroom is big.

It is next to the main road and it is noisy because of the traffic.

The rooms were renovated, the furniture is modern, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. What I really appreciated was the fact that the cleaning ladies did an amazing job. The room looked like new every time I returned after a long day of having fun. Breakfast had a good selection of savory and sweet food.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good with fresh cooked stuff and included plenty of options.

Although the area was close to the theme parks and the motorway, it looked like a business area. I'd prefer it to be in a village or small town where I could walk around during my stay

What I loved about the apartment was its cozy and inviting ambiance. The tasteful decor, comfortable amenities, and attention to detail made it a truly delightful place to stay. The combination of modern comforts and traditional Italian aesthetics created a charming atmosphere that I thoroughly enjoyed throughout my visit.

I must say, there was nothing at all that I didn't like about the property. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, from the apartment's ambiance to the attentive staff. It truly provided a flawless experience, leaving me with nothing but positive memories.

Very near Gardaland (5 minutes by car) and very near Sirmione, Lazise and Peschiera del Garda. Great garden in front of the room. Kids love it. Gas station and supermarket are very near. Breakfast was great and delicious. Free coffee in hotel all day. We felt like home.

Room was clean and just like in the pictures. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pillows were the best we have had in Italy. Breakfast was full of different Italian treats.

The only thing bothered us was the extra bed making a lot of noise.

We booked a standard room, but got a triple deluxe room instead, which was huge and therefore made the stay much more comfortable. Breakfast was good as well, lots of options to choose from. Free parking was beneficial.
