A beautiful, spacious, and quiet residence just 2 mins walk from the Thermal spa park, surrounded by peaceful greenery. The supermarket and restaurants, cafes are 1-2 mins walk.The apartment was very large, with a spacious bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a separate dressing room - perfect for a relaxing stay. Very clean and beautifully decorated. There is a lift, internal garden and a swimming pool. The staff were very professional and genuinely welcoming, and I’m especially grateful to Margherita for her exceptional kindness and help. It made the whole experience even more special.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Colá as a family of 4 adults. The place was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable for our family. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality, especially from Ms. Margherita. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and learning about the history of the property made our experience even more special. We were honored to stay here, and we’ll definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay close to Lake Garda! We visited in the off-season (October) so didn’t have any issues with parking.

Residence Corte San Carlo was a beautiful property situated in a quiet spot a few miles from Lake Garda. The check in was very smooth, with a lovely lady, who answered all our questions and showed us to our apartment. The apartment was exceptional, big, decorated to the highest standards and had everything you needed for your stay. There were a number of lovely bars and restaurants, as well as a supermarket nearby. We would definitely recommend and would happily return.

We absolutely loved the apartment and the area. The building is charming and very well kept. The room was large and well equipped. The bathroom/shower was very big. Margherita the host was so friendly and welcoming. There are two great restaurants nearby and a nice cafe for breakfast. There are also thermal baths within walking distance which are a must.

Noise could be heard from the adjacent room.

Excellent stay in this lovely residency. Nice and spotless clean. Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher. Big bathroom. Small and heated pool. Secure parking (with extra costs). Small supermarket and restaurants/bars close by. We loved it!

One small thing: pool hours too restricted. Opens at 10 am and closes at 6pm in May. Not possible to use it the day we leave. Check out means get out of the residence.

The place is beautiful. Located in the centre of a pretty Italian village. Walking distnace to Parco Thermale. Great restaurants nearby. Well equipped and very tidy. Underground parking is a great plus.

My only remark is that, the descent to the underground garage is very steep, which may be a problem for some bike racks mounted on a car hitch.

The residence is located in an ancient manor, with underground garage and a ful featured Spa. The small village offers pleasant walks and a few places to eat. Nearby is also located the thermal park. From the park nearby there's a beatiful view on the lake Garda, a few miles West. Apartments are huge, recently refurbished andd very preasant to stay. Proce is reasonable and pets are welcome. What else can you ask?

Beautifully restored property, very clean, very well kept, very chic, big rooms, a lot of space, beautiful garden, small but nice pool. Very quiet. Room well equipped made the say with two kids comfortable, comfy bad. Really beautiful street and houses in this small village. Lazise, Sirmione and Gardaland easy to reach. Rooms are big enough for families but this also could be a very nice romantic getaway for a couple.

Just would have liked to have a hand shower. Apart from that, everything was absolutely great.

We absolutely loved the beautiful surroundings and immaculately kept garden, the amazing local Trattoria in Cola and the apartment was the perfect size for my husband, me, our 1 year old son and his grandparents. The staff were incredibly helpful with restaurant booking and reccommendations.

The only issue we has was that the swimming pool was closed between 12:30 and 3:30 - which is the exact time you'd want to swim in the heat of the day. The staff did explain this is because the residence is centrally located in Cola so they don't want to upset the locals, but we felt that we didn't get to use the pool as much as we would have liked as it doesn't open until 10am and closes at 7pm. Especially for our 1 year old who was loving cooling down in the pool. Also we could have used an extra pillow each.

Beautiful building, tastefully decorated. Undercover private parking, need to reserve a space. Lovely quaint Italian village with a good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Close to Gardaland and Lazise but away from the bustle. Thanks
