Location was perfect. Black out roller shutters amazing. Bathroom stunning. Staff and cleanliness spot on. Air-conditioning all in working order.

The room was a little tight for storage (no where to put cases under bed or in wardrobe). The sliding mirror door meant the chair was always in the way. The wooden surround on the bed was a hazard to your shins and provided no benefit. Breakfast food was ok, but the room felt cramped and the lack of natural light/views meant it felt very cafeteria and wasnt a nice place to spend time so we didnt return after the first day.

Great location - the hotel is a 15 minute walk from Verona train station, and a great base from which to explore the old town area on foot. The check-in process was explained ahead of time, with check-in at the Hotel Mastino opposite. We were escorted to our room which was a nice touch, and the staff made sure we understood how everything worked. The room felt secure, and we enjoyed the double shower, magic TV inside a mirror, and external electric blinds. We didn't use the breakfast facilities, preferring to sample a few of the local cafe bars in the mornings. I would recommend this hotel.

There was some noise from outside in the evenings but that's to be expected with a city centre location, and the building itself was very quiet.

We found our room (129) very noisy in the early morning with the bins being emptied and power washers being used to clean the pavements outside. The coffee machine is a waste of time as there are two tiny coffee pods and tiny cups but no milk. There is a lip around the bed that we kept banging our legs on. The WIFI went half way through the week although it was available further up the corridor.

Check-in/ check-out at the other hotel. Keeping 2 different keys: one for the building gate, another - for the room.

Perfect location for exploring the old town! Right next to the arena! Rooms were fabulous, so spacious and we had a balcony which we didn't expect. The apartments are across the road from the hotel you check into but they feel very very safe. Rooms also had a mini bar which they charge for when you check out, but this was so helpful and saved us looking for a corner shop.

Some of the lights didn't work in the room, but that was the only issue we had the whole trip.

The breakfast was amazing and varied, options other than just pastries was appreciated. We also loved the room, it was really big and had lots of space, bed was comfy enough. Location was also perfect, in 10 mins could reach all the main sites of verona walking.

Only reason I didn’t give the hotel top marks was I felt the shower in particular needed to have a deep clean, as it was a bit smelly and the tiles were a bit grubby. Other than that it was perfect!

Lively room in a controlled access area within sn old apartment/office block ( sounds worse than it is). Romm was very nice, beds a bit on the hard side for me, but of course thats personal preference. 2 mins from Piazza Bra and the Arena. Also close to many bud routes if you want that kind of thing. Verona is very compact so location was not the best, it is hardly even worth mentioning. Check in is in the hotel reception on the opposite dide of the street and this is also where breakfast was. Staff generally very good, cleanliness good, facilities good. And take a look at the epic staircase up to the hotel.

I mentioned the hotel across the road and the breakfast. The breakfast area was awful., dark and dingy and HOT. Selection was fairly standard, but just a bit meh, I didn’t get a quality feeling. One morning we went down at 10:10 and they were already clearing away 20 mins before end of breakfast. Another couple turned up 10 mins later, and were left with virtually nothing Definitely not 4*. It was so bad we opted for McDonald’s next door on the 3rd morning.

Spacious modern room across the road from the main hotel. Parking is situated underground just around the corner, 1st right before the hotel drive down into the car park. €21 for 24hrs. Breakfast was great with multiple choices. We would stay again, central location, literally arms distance away from the main tourist attractions.

Wasn’t aware of car park charges as we booked the hotel with free parking. Wasn’t a massive issue but still cost us €21 for 24hrs. The room we stayed in was across the road and the breakfast is across the road as well. Wasn’t a massive drama but isn’t described in the advertisement.

Location was very close to Piazza Bra.

There was a coffee machine in the room. Being British we would have preferred a kettle so we could make tea. The main issue we had is that despite temps of 22 degrees outside and 24 degrees in the room, the air con was switched off centrally. We had to keep the windows open at night, which meant sleep was disturbed by traffic/noise.

Centrally located and a short walk from restaurants and bars. We had a superior room which had everything you needed. Air con was a life saver in the 34 degree heat. Staff were friendly and breakfast excellent. It was even within walking distance for the train station (20 mins).

Nothing. We loved it and would return.
