Our room was fantastic! Breakfast was generous. The staff (receptionist, waitress and the cleaners too) were very helpful. We could store our bikes easily. We even had a kettle in the room.

I would rather say what could be improved: the birds could have their very own drinking/bathing station close to the pool, so we can still enjoy watching them. Then they wouldn't drink from the pool, which has chlorine in it. But this is a general problem everywhere in the hotel industry in Italy. The lake is approximately. 200 meters away and difficult to have a safe bath for a small bird there.

A rich selection of breakfast dishes, but the pastries were old and hard. Very nice pool, enough sunbeds and umbrellas.

Reading lamps near the bed are totally useless for reading. Generally, very poor lighting in the room. The bathroom lacks hooks for hanging towels when getting out of the shower. The elevator was incredibly slow, but it's hard to carry suitcases up and down the stairs.

The bedroom was amazing as well as the location, very near the beach but also with a great swimming pool near by a very pretty town

Only point I could tell is too much people at a time at the breakfast but all food amazing quality and quantity

The location is amazing, really nice and comfortable rooms, and kind staff. Lot of gluten free option for breakfast, and wide variety of foods in the restaurant, too.

The warm breakfast was actually cold (scrambled eggs, sausages, etc.). They offered rice milk but you can't warm it up for coffee, so you end up drinking cold coffee.

All good, very nice clean apartment, modern decor, excellent facilities. plenty of good fresh food and courteous staff

Strange policy where we chose to move elsewhere after 6 nights (booked for 9) we wanted to visit two differing areas of Lake Garda. Hotel tried to charge a penalty of 50% for the remaining three nights saying it was for modifying the stay rather than cancellation. Booking.com got involved and there seemed to be a 'disconnect' between their terms and the terms of the Hotel . In the end it was resolved in our favour and the penalty was waived. Just one to watch for , if you want flexibility perhaps make 2 or three booking of 2 or 3 days to ensure you don't get caught by the same policy.

Unusual set up - monastery hotel, campsite and Regina del Garda suite all share some facilities. you check in at the monastery hotel reception. Regina del Garda suite rooms are very nice in a brand new block, effective a/c. very short walk through campsite to beautiful beach. Campsite shop handy.

breakfast was extensive but of fairly low quality have to wear swimming cap to use the pool quite a long walk to maderno port where restaurants are - around 20-30 mins round lakeside (pleasant but very hot in daytime)

Breakfast was more than adequate. Staff were helpful and friendly

Wi-Fi was rubbish or non existent in our room. Smoking needs to be better regulated where people eat. Preferably banned. Who can enjoy a great meal when others are poisoning you with smoke.

Everything was spotless, and the room looked exactly like it did in the photos. The restaurant’s food is absolutely delicious.

Everything was perfect

The hotel room was very spacious, definitely a good value for money. We didn't get to explore the surrounding areas much as we only stayed for 1 night, however the overall stay was pleasant as the room had all the facilities and even 2 balconies. The historic aspect of the buildings was beautiful.

Our card didn't work so we couldn't enter our room for a while.

Wonderful hotel within easy walking distance of the lakeside and amenities. Great pool with bar & restaurant. Included breakfast was amazing particularly the Prosecco 😉
