The size of the room was perfect. Air conditioning was good and well needed. The location was good.

Check in was hard work. We have stayed in loads of places around Europe and this was the biggest faff ever. Constantly receiving scam emails and WhatsApp messages for more money, further verification etc. even told at one point the booking was cancelled. The outdoor pool area needs tidying up. It’s mess. Towels weren’t changed for the entire week. Never met the receptionist apart from a telephone call to say he’d not got our completed check in information even though I’d got proof I’d completed it.

Amazing Location just 7 min walk from old town with many resturants, coffee bar and pâtisseries. the town it self is beautiful and on the edge of Garda lake. Very Large Apartment and very Spacious. Good utilities and 2 bathrooms one in the master suite and one for the other rooms. Pool looked nice but we didn't have time to go in. Lovely balcony made for a great morning where we sat down to eat breakfest (go to old town buy some pastries) Great shower with good water preasure and hot water all the time

the bads are not comfortable. this is a big minus for us. the apartment came empty from any cleaning materilas and without any basic supplies (not even salt n' peeper) I would cosider adding some basic supplies: some ground coffee for the moka, olive oil or butter, sugar salt & pepper would make a lot of diffrence

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We arrived after “check in hours” and we were sent a very detailed video with instructions on how to get our keys. Once we got there we had the keys and were in the apartment immediately - very very easy and straightforward process! The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location couldn’t be beat - it was away from the crowds but was a very easy walk to get everywhere. The train station was a few minutes away, the ferry was less than a 10 minute walk. We took an Uber to Gardaland for €16 but decided to walk back. It was about a 25 minute walk but was a very easy, beautiful walk (we had our 4 kids ages 6-15 with us and there were no complaints from them!) 2 of the nights we walked about 4 minutes to have dinner at Le Magnolie and I highly recommend going there! Wonderful staff and amazing food, plus a play area for the kids. We would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was clean and neat ( I actually booked an apartment for 5 people, and there were just two of us So two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two air-conditioners at the ground floor with a banana lounge and table out front. It was a good 12-minute walk to the walled city of Peschiera and ferry. Still many eateries close by, and 7 mins to the train station, which is how we arrived. Good place in a good spot with a pool. The staff extremely helpful and friendly Sorry, no photos of the accommodation, just what's close by.

The late check-in. We had a 3 pm. check-in, and it wasn't really ready until 3.15pm. That wasn't a problem, as we were allowed to leave our bags earlier at reception when we arrived and head off to explore.

A cozy little building to relax. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was a success with the kids. Location was great, only 8 minutes walk from the train station and within a walking distance from the town center but still in a quiet area whithout any noise. Rooms were spacious and the room helped to get into vacation mode.

The room was clean but there was squashed mosquitos on the walls probably by previous visitors. Also found a fake eyelash on the door. Small things as the apartment and the hotel were quite clean otherwise. Some of the furniture needed updating but nothing that bothered us.

Friendly staff, lovely sized apartment with nice view of pool, short walk into town, the pool was great, really enjoyed the 5 cats that lived there too! Brilliant black out blinds helped everyone sleep. Nice big balcony area where you could eat outside. Tv with Netflix. Two well equipped bathrooms. Kitchen was really handy.

The sofas were really uncomfortable and the bed wasn’t great either, though better than the sofas! The pool was really quite cold. Not enough mugs or cups in the kitchen and would have been nice to have a toaster.

Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. Thanks. Fab location. Clean spacious apt that overlooked the pool (area nice and clean) Ample sun loungers. Outside table and clothes airer. Good sized fridge/freezer. Was given good instructions for late check in. Safe in room. Good sized wardrobes (more hangers needed).

Sofabed ripped and grubby looking. No door on shower unit so the floor gets wet. Bathroom door gets stuck. Reported that our electric had tripped when using 2 rings on the hob...no response! Knob to open dishwasher was broken. BUT Despite the negatives I would return.

Stayed one night with family while passing through the area. Check-in was quick and efficient. The hotel is easy to reach by car and offers convenient underground parking, included in the price. A lift connects both the parking and the lobby, which made access simple. Location is excellent — just a short walk to Peschiera’s harbour and pedestrian zone.

It was very clean. The floors were clean, the cabinets, the kitchen, everything was clean. Also it had a kitchen cleaning kit and a floor brush and a mop (with a bucket) that were also clean. Showers are with shower doors (frosted) and someone else could use the bathroom(with a toilet) while in the shower and that was perfect for my big family. There were enough and well placed sockets for chargers. I'm glad that we chose it and will use it again.

The space for the showers is just a bit small for my size. Not that I didn't manage. For my wife and kids was enough.
