The Villa is beautiful and fully functional - has everything you would expect. the rooms and layout are well presented and clean. The views are breathtaking and the pool is gorgeous.

Th only issue with this villa is that it is not on google maps and it's nightmare to find it. There is 2 ways to get to the villa but only one is correct. By that I mean, google maps will take you to the wrong way and you will end up at a gated, end of a very narrow road on a hill. The nearest village is about 30 minute walk and a 7 minute drive, along very narrow roads and streets

The garden and the pool was really great, the apartment was nice and had everything we needed. The view of the lake is amazing! We loved it here!!!

People complain about the road. It has been redone in June so it is smooth and yes, it is very narrow, only one car can fit but it is a private road so it isn’t busy. We were there a week and there was never a situation that a car was coming from the opposite direction

Fabulous warm pool with great lake views. Comfortable beds. Very quiet location. Spacious apartment and balcony area. Very helpful staff. Ideal location for Gardone Riviera and Salo - both a short drive away. Helpful map to find the apartment.

The apartment is a little dated and in need of some modernisation.

Beautiful location and view. Villa was clean and beds comfortable. Great to have access to extra facilities such as BBQ and washing machine with essentials provided for these facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Location of villa difficult to find and a few essentials missing such as scissors and chopping board. Otherwise fantastic.

Beautiful views from the terrace and the big nice pool with wonderful view to the lake. It has A/C and fan what is necessary during summer time. Very lovely place to stay! I highly recommend it.

The road to the house is not as bad as I expected. It is narrow but if you know about that you go slowly. It seems to be safe. If you have a map from the owner you get there without any problems. Just remember to take a map before your trip otherwise it is impossible to get there.

We had beautiful, big and clean apartment with large terrace - such a great view over the lake. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful garden and nice swimming pool. The owner is very kind - helped us to find the way to the Villa and gave us a lot of good tips for the restaurants and other places to go around.

If the hill could be less steep, the way from the town would be more comfortable.... just kidding :-D

the property was perfect, lovely apartment, good facilities. the pool was great, we are 2 adults and 4 kids. Sergio the owner was extremely helpful to us as we had a few problems (not with the property) and he helped us the best he could. he really cares about his clients

the location is difficult to find initially, but once found it is very easy. we didn’t hire a care and walked to the lake at least once a day and enjoyed the walk

We loved the pool, the terrace, the view, the greenery on the property. The room is big and comfy. Gardone Riviera is a surprisingly nice village.

The road to the property is narrow and windy. Not a big issue by car, but a bit far to walk to the town.
