The hotel is perfectly located on the shore of Lake Garda, where you can watch swans and ducks while eating breakfast. It's a 10-15 minute walk from Sirmione's historic center. The hotel has a well-developed leisure area, including a pool and benches. Free parking is available. The breakfasts are tasty, with good coffee. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was just a short stay on the way to another location, but we will definitely try to come back to this hotel :)

It is close to the Sirmione tourist center where everyone wants to take a short trip by motorboat around Sirmione, so you need to be prepared for some boat engine roaring from time to time.

We had booked the hotel for four nights and we really appreciated it. Good breakfast with good variety for all kinds of taste. We had dinner two nights at the hotel and that was the best dinners we had in these four days in Sirmione. Excellent kitchen, you have to reserve a table in the afternoon and decide what you are going to eat from the menu. It was really good, I had my best, pasta carbonara ever. Excellent choice of wines and grappas. Walking distance up to old town of Sirmione. Beautiful view over lake Garda (we booked a room with balcony). Very friendly personell. We did not try the pool, the weather was a bit chilly during our days, but we used the sunbeds viewing the lake.

Location is just great, not crowded and a spacious, large parking lot. Great pool and nice view out of the window.

Although there's a shade for each car on the parking lot, it is a natural shade - spruce trees are used for that. Yes, the car will be cooler but keeping it under such trees is dangerous for paintwork. Also there was no changing cabin by the pool, so how it supposed to work? Luckily it was dark already and we changed clothes on the spot. In another situation we would have to go to the room in wet swimming trunks. The third thing is that the lady at the reception told us that the restaurant was sold out, so we had to find another place for dinner. But when we came back we realized that the restaurant was literally empty, only few people were there.

Location is perfect, the coffee and breakfast are also great. The rooms are a bit small but we didn't spend much time in the room so it didn't bother us. There's plenty of parking space.

We didn't use the pool but it is smaller than it looks like on the pictures. Also, we opened the balcony in the evening for a few second only and SO many bugs came inside the room. It would be nice if the staff warned us about this problem. There are a lot of bugs in this area so I'm pretty sure that's something that happens often.

From arriving we were warmly greeted and advised generally where to visit, and supplied maps etc. Room was spot on...overlooking the lake with various wildlife in close proximity. A short walk to the top of the peninsula, whete the magic awaits. Breakfast was lovely, the waiting staff, housekeepers and receptionists were so welcoming. Looking forward to returning. Great location with good breakfast, nice pool and private pier. Close to Sirmione old town and the room was nice.

No nearby supermarkets or convenience stores was a bit annoying, the hotel restaurant had to be booked before 6pm, meaning we couldn't eat there when we checked in at 20:30. Note the local bus doesn't stop outside the property from September meaning we had to walk all the way up to Sirmione to get the shuttle.

10 minute walk from Sirmione centre which was perfect as meant it was quiet from the busy centre. It was right on the lake. We had room 16 which had a balcony overlooking the lake which was perfect! We went for long weekend so was a great base for exploring. Last day we chilled on the grass by the pool and swam in the lake. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast and lunch selection was great. Room was big and very clean. Liked the shower gel and soap dispensers - thought good addition. Oh and liked the croissants and bakery bits at breakfast 😋

Bed was a bit hard, maybe more pillows but I’m being picky!

We liked everything ... the nice and warm pool, the grass-area with sunbeds, the lake, the hotel itself, distance to restaurants, shops and old town ... and indeed we were happy, that we decided to stay landside of bridge, which made use of car much more easy. And yes, parking was free, which is a value of its own on this peninsula. This place had all, we would want during our 5 days there.

We appreciated the breakfast for its excellent quality and the opportunity to have it every day on the terrace with the view of the lake. Also parking the car is easy and it's a short walk to the centre of Sirmione. The garden has trees for shade, and is absolutely quiet, at least in September.

The view from room 24 is not wonderful. And on the balcony or next to it there is a big waterpipe making noise. In our room the safety box got stuck and it took quite some time to fix it (by the reception and another man).

Location was excellent, only 5-10 min to the centre of Sirmione, our room had a stunning view of the lake, it was larger than most hotel rooms, maybe slightly dated, but that didn't bother us, it was spotlessly clean and lovely comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from and very friendly staff. Beautiful sunsets and loved the pool!

The shower could have done with being a little more powerful. Oh and the mosquitos, but certainly not going to blame that on the hotel, take plenty of repellant!
