The hotel is great, the location is perfect for a quieter, relaxed vacation with superb views and good eating. The breakfast has a good choice and being able to dine outside is a bonus. The swimming pool although located a few minutes walk away is also great with access to swim in Lake Garda. The room is well air conditioned and very tidy. The bed was firmer than I like but I still slept fine. Free parking located close to the hotel was a huge bonus and the staff had no problem pointing you in it's direction. All the staff are polite and friendly and available for any questions.

We had no dislikes for this hotel and would recommend.

Location - for our journey from other areas of Italy, train/ferry to the doorstep with luggage it's ideal! During the holiday bus and ferry are on hand for trips in any direction. Breakfast - straightforward self service, very helpful and efficient staff, ideal variety for good healthy start to the day, on a personal note I got grapefruit juice every morning as I have at home - rarely found in other hotels we stay in. Room spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and balcony/views exactly as expected. Receptionists very helpful with local knowledge and booked us a taxi to the airport with a very pleasant, efficient and helpful driver.

Very cute hotel. The location suited us well. The area is not to busy and we could travel with the ferry to other parts of Lake Garda. The hotel offers a nice breakfast and you can sit outside and enjoy views of the lake while enjoying the good variety of breakfast. The hotel is clean and the staff is professional.

We did not enjoy the size of our room. It was very small and we had hardly space to move. The lovely balcony overlooking the lake is great though. But if you are tall, have big suitcases or stay for more than two days,I will recommend a bigger room. There is no work space or dressing table. The shower is very very small.

This hotel has been one of the best we have stayed at. Staff on reception were so lovely and really helpful. We took 2 children with us, and nothing was too much trouble. It's the little touches around the hotel that make it so special. The pool was fabulous and sunbathing area clean and well kept. It's an absolutely amazing place to stay with children, and we highly recommend it.

The location is fabulous, just a very short walk to the boat service that takes you around the lake, breakfast was lovely, all presented very well, a really good choice, something for everyone, spotlessly clean, nothing was too much trouble, room was really good, spacious, plenty of storage, air con very nice too.

I think the menu could be improved with a little more choice, some of the dishes were a little salty, we ate every night in the hotel, staff were excellent, very attentive, table linen immaculate, really nice vibe, such a lovely position overlooking the lake.

Absolutely nothing

We loved everything about our stay! The room with terrace overlooking the lake was beautiful, staff were also very helpful, Giocomo at reception was wonderful and couldn't have made us feel more special, he was extremely attentive and informative, we were even given a parting gift at checkout which I have never had before ☺️ the location was perfect on a beautiful promenade on the lake with gorgeous little restaurants surrounding it, we cannot wait to come back some day!!😊

The hotel is modern and very " fresh" You do need to.walk to.the hotel and parking is about 200 meters away. Our room was small by American standards but had a very nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. The Breakfast was excellent and dining in the restaurant one evening was very good. The desk staff were friendly and very helpful.with recommendations and booking reservations. Overall the location of Gardone was very well placed on the lake and the ferry dock was only.A few steps away. For visiting the other towns on the lake the.ferries are the best choice.

I would have preferred a larger terrace, but those rooms were not available.

Perfect location overlooking lake. Great breakfast. Good staff on reception informative & friendly. Boat leaves from outside & northern lake tour worth doing. 20% discount given to hotel guests.

Absolutely no where to put anything in the room. No drawers or shelves even in the bathroom the only surface was the windowsill not suitable to put anything on as the curtain was too long & window opened inwards. Sink in room again very little surface around it & had to store make up bag in the sink. Small wardrobe but couldn’t get to second door as close to the bed. No where even to have a suitcase to live out of. Definitely a design floor.

An absolute gem of a find on Lake Garda. Great location with stunning surroundings - directly overlooking the lake, beautiful nature everywhere, ferry pier just outside of the hotel and the most amazing lido and beach 5 mins walk away. Magical! Hotel staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant twice and the food was great, especially a fresh truffle pasta - oh my God, delicious!!! Rooms are all renovated and despite being on a smallish side have absolutely everything one might need and more. The best 3* I’ve ever stayed in by far!

It’s a little bit further away from Verona, so our taxi ride was a bit expensive, but it was well worth it.
