Staff were all very lovely and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, and very Italian, don't be expecting a full English, you'll be disappointed. If coffee, croissants, fruit, and continental are your thing you'll be happy. Location is excellent and the views of Lake Garda are a delight. We had a car and travelled extensively around the lake as well as Venice and Verona. Movieland, Canavea, Gardaland, Cable Car top of Monte Baldo were all very good days out with the kids. Dinner in Limonie, Riva, Salo, Sirmione and Peschiera sul Garda were memorable. Car park is secure.

Lunch menu was poor and dinner non existent. However with a kitchen in our room and plenty of supermarkets locally, we made our own lunch.

Room was very big and aircon in both rooms was a bonus , very large balcony with great views. The staff are excellent and very helpful.

Breakfast was a little limited but not bad .. The main issue seemed around the coffee machine (there was only one and it seemed to be broken and created long ques) my feedback would be to get at least 1 or 2 more machines ,but other than that all was fine

Secure parking , friendly staff, motel style access to apartment. Great facilities in the apartment.

Location.. there wasn’t really anything nearby.. no local shops or places to eat/drink so you have to drive everywhere really. This did mean it was super quiet and calming when you were relaxing.

Location was amazing, the neighborhood was quiet, rooms were big enough, warm. Felt like home. The sofa at the living room was very cozy.

Excellent location if you are visiting QC Termegarda, just 7 min from the Hotel. Placed in a very quiet area and a few minutes by car from Desenzano del Garda were yon can find any restaurant you like. The property offer a private parking with direct access to the rooms.

The room needed some painting and renovation work, some peeling walls were present. Also, the bathroom should be renovated. Despite that, both room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast could be better by offering more cakes/biscuits options and a better variety of eggs (available only boiled).

Large and well-maintained hotel/apartment complex with 2 nice pools in a beautiful green area. We lived 3 adults in a small studio which consisted of a furnished kitchen area with simple kitchen equipment, fridge, TV, sofa bed, bedroom AC and fresh bathroom. There is a furnished patio with a garden view. Good breakfast selection. Pleasant and helpful staff. We are very pleased and really recommend this nice, pleasant accommodation.

The hotel and staff are amazing. From check-in to check-out they were there 24/7. We stayed 4 days after travelling up through Italy but wish it had been a week. Room was very spacious and comfortable, breakfast was great and plentiful. Location is also very good and safe secure parking for the hire car, cannot fault anything about our stay. A big thanks to all of the team.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's a small cozy place with a helpful and friendly staff. Be aware that it's not a place for loud parties or groups but more for a relaxation and quite time at the pool. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Rooms are cleaned every day! There were mostly elderly people, families with small children at the residence. The town itself is very small but clean with some restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The beach is 5 min walk and was very quite and empty most of the times we were there. Dogs are allowed at the beach from 7PM-9AM.

Overall there was nothing major we didn't like. Just a note that rooms and kitchen seem to be very new although bathroom requires some redecoration. I also noticed that not all the terraces had patio furniture. We didn't use ours much though.

What did I like? Hmm Well the place, stuff,position of a hotel,food,secured parking place, dog friendly... PERFECTION, every seance of the world. We are coming back, ASAP, but for a longer period 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

Only one thing...that we ware there to short, and didn't have a chance to fully enjoy in everything 🫠

Huge faimly suite. With to rooms and bathroom. Nice and quite area. And you had your own parking spot. What a solution.

The rooms are not soundproof. The noise of upper neighbours was very disturbing. The hot water came from boiler and when the 1 person finshed the shower then water was cold.
