Brilliant location, close to Lake Garda which was very convenient for a daily early morning swim, and the water was reasonably warm (in June). Each chalet has its own small garden area in front of the patio (grass either side of the path), where ducks visited us every morning and we watched the lizards. The apartment itself was comfortable and had air conditioning which we needed to use at night and occasionally retreated to during the day as the temperature was in the high 30's and quite humid every day. The large swimming pool on site (with sun loungers and parasols) was our saviour to cool down in the middle of the day and surprisingly was not at all busy. Sometimes there were only two of us in it! Some nice lakeside restaurants are within short walking distance, such as Il Lido, with a wonderful view over the lake and distant mountains as the sun sets. The apartments are all self-catering, but there is a reasonable supermarket (Conad) within 10 minutes' drive. We would have stayed longer had the booking been available.

The procedure for ordering sun loungers was not explained when we arrived at Reception. I noticed that most of the loungers had number tags attached to them, indicating that they were already reserved. However the pool attendant was very helpful and explained to us (in English) that we could order two loungers/parasols for the whole of our stay (for a very reasonable price - I recall 10 euros in total - added onto the bill when we depart) which meant we could have them reserved to ourselves for the next 8 days, which we did. It certainly avoided the issue of towels on the loungers at 7am!

Lovely quiet scenic location. Pool and playground kept our young son happy, we liked the access to the lake for swimming and the lovely restaurant and bar down by the marina. Apartment was very clean and spacious with a small garden area to sit out in the sun or dry clothes (clothes hanger in room to use to hang clothes out). We borrowed the BBQ kit and a toaster from reception, had a 2 ring hob and fridge in the kitchen area of room.

We definitely would hire a car the next time as there is excellent free parking on site but to try to walk to the grocery store is too far and no shop onsite so we had to get a taxi. There was no washing machine in the apartment, would have been handy for families. Staff were very helpful though calling us taxis.

This is the most perfect accomodation ever - from location, staff, room itself, it is all so perfect and cannot recommend it enough! We LOVED the location - it has a private secure parking with easy access to your condo and then you are literally steps away from the lake and promenade. The views from the room are insane, loved watching the sunrises and sunsets here. Staff are so kind, really there’s not enough good I can say about this. Also great for visiting towns around Garda, easy access to all since it is located in the southern tip of the lake.

Nice right by lake Garda. Quiet area. Nice for the kids. The pool area was clean and nice.

We didn’t have a car, so it was a bit inconvenient. It would be nice with a supermarket nearby. The restaurants was ok, but with a bit «boring» menus. Toast, focaccia, pizza etc. We can recommend Bistro Lago Garuti.

We loved being right on the lake, great location! The pool and the grounds were the highlight for our kids. The staff were all so polite and helpful. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat in. The covered patio and front garden were lovely.

Location, setting, staff, fresh bread orders. Place actually looks much better than pictures on booking, clean and spacious. Good base for exploring south of the lake.

No ovens which can be helpful for longer stays, only 1 outdoor pool which can get really busy or really cold if weather isn't too warm.

I think that a Bar with coffee and some beverages and sandwiches/ pizza and snacks will be very nice and helpful for people with families.

The sunbed system at the pool was confusing and unneeded. Beds were left unoccupied for hours but then others couldn’t use them as they were reserved

The accommodation. The scenery . Near to beach

Lack of taxis . Not near to any food stores . An hours walk to get food. It's car friendly but not pedestrian friendly

We really enjoyed the overall ambiance of the resort, from the beautiful views, the well-kept lawns and pools, and the friendly staff. Our grandchildren especially loved the playground and the ducks!

The beds were a bit too firm for us.
