We loved the staff and the location! It was perfect for walking into the heart of Sirmione and right on the Lake. Views were stunning, and we even got to have a drink out at the lake in the evening before bed. Great experience! The staff were incredible. They were so pleasant and friendly and even helped us get a taxi when we were leaving, despite how busy they were they called around to ensure we got to the train station in time!

The electrics in our room (001) were not great. Only one of the plugs worked, which wasn’t ideal for getting ready and charging our devices, but we made it work, and would still return.

The location was perfect, the breakfast was wonderful. We have stayed here twice - the first time we had a small room but it was very comfortable and convenient. The second time, we had a bigger balcony room on an upper floor. In both cases, the bed was comfortable and showers good. The location is just outside the walled city which meant we could drive and unload our car with minimal difficulty. We enjoyed our time at the Hotel Vinci

There were moments traffic would be congested near the entrance to the hotel, which is directly across from the entrance to one of the large parking lots in the area. The hotel had available parking for both visits. Like many European hotels, parking was tight but never a problem. We were happy to discover the parking garage under the hotel on our second visit. It was not big but it was available, which is a positive!

The staff are the best !! Nothing is too much for them and they’re all super friendly :) They even agreed to turn down the music on their TV in reception as I could hear it playing through the night. The pool is lovely and the hotel is right next to the lake so you can enjoy a lovely view and even take a dip !!

The metal ladder in to the lake burnt me .. please change to a material that doesn’t heat up so much 🙈 I could see others struggling with this too..

We couldn't fault anything at Hotel Vinci , the room was perfect and spotless, and we also had a lovely big balcony to enjoy. The breakfast choice was excellent, such a good choice for all tastes, and the staff were all so helpful and polite. The best thing about the hotel for us was the pool area which overlooked the lake , stunning !!!! I highly recommend staying at Hotel.Vinci and one last thing the location right on the lake and 10 minutes walk into the old town. What more could you ask for😊

We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Vinci which enhanced a fantastic trip to beautiful Sirmione. Hotel Vinci is an exceptional hotel situated by the Historic Centre of Sirmione. The hotel is modern and stylish and comes equipped with an outdoor pool and spa facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and our room was both tasteful and clean and boasted a private balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed sipping Aperol Spritzes on the deck which overlooked Lake Garda and would highly recommend the spa facilities which we availed of during our stay. The hotel's proximity to Castello Scaligero allowed us to easily stroll to old city for both lunch and dinner and wander through the colourful, cobbled streets of old town Sirmione. We would highly recommend Hotel Vinci and look forward to returning again in the near future. Thank you for a fabulous trip!

The hotel was perfectly located, just a short walk from the entrance to the old town. Lovely spot right on the lake with direct access, which was great. The swimming pool was really nice too. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety during the two nights we stayed. Free parking was a bonus. We also got to enjoy some amazing sunsets from the hotel garden in the evenings!

Exceptional room with private hot tub. The staff was young and friendly, and accomodated all our requests. Very good breakfast. Hotel is at 5 minutes walking distance from the historic center of the town.

The hotel can't really be blamed for this, but being the structure directly on the lake, there were a lot of mosquitoes. U have to remember to always close the windows when you leave the room. I believe this issue is common in every hotel in Sirmione. The spa is very nice, but a small hot tub/jacuzzi would be a nice addition.

The staff is polite and friendly, parking is right next to the hotel. Breakfast is delicious. The room is modern and well air-conditioned. There is a swimming pool, a cozy courtyard, and you can also swim in Lake Garda. The sunsets from the terrace are wonderful!

Everything is great, though perhaps the hairdryer in the bathroom could be better.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were fabulous, the room was magnificent with a very high standard of cleanliness and plenty of space, the breakfast was superb with a decanter of freshly squeezed orange juice for every table, the swimming pool was excellent and the terrace overlooking Lake Garda was simply magical. We had a fantastic few days at this superb hotel and the staff were absolutely brilliant. An absolute gem.

There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely stylish hotel in perfect location. A 10 minute walk along the lake to the old town. Garden right on the lake so you sunbathe on the decking overlooking the lake. Breakfast excellent top quality and gluten free catered for. Bedroom large and very comfortable, we had junior suite overlooking the garden side. All staff very helpful and friendly. A quiet little oasis of tranquility away from the busy town of Sirmione.
