I have stayed at the hotel before and this time I had booked an apartment. The apartment was not yet renovated and a few things warrant working properly. The owners were very quick to give me a different apartment which happened to be renovated. Apartment Mirto was absolutely gorgeous in a perfect location; although more expensive, I would absolutely recommend! Loved the reading Nook on the mezzanine as well as the large roof terrace with lake view. Both apartments or spotless and the breakfast lush as always.

Although spotless clean, the initial apartment had some maintenance requirements which may be housekeeping had not passed on. Other than that, everything perfect!

It's a friendly family run hotel. All staff are friendly and helpful.They went out of their way to help us. The breakfast is great, with fresh food including a selection of fruits, cereals, yoghurts and pastries and delicious home made cakes and biscuits. It's in a ideal location with a bus stop directly outside the hotel. It is near to all the restaurants shops and boardwalk. We highly recommend it. We look forward to returning, they made our holiday special.

Breakfast with scrambeld eggs ,juice, good cofffee fruit very good. Location on very active street, very effective noise damping windows but no fresh air,air-con OK. Short walk down to very! charming Promenade, very gemütlich. Parking free about 15 min away. Room Interior clean , nice Bath but slippery shower . Nice personell.

Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Only 5 minutes from ferry and lots of restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk plus staff had helpful list of nearby restaurants showing what days they were not open each week. Great location for local buses

Unfortunately the location on a busy road made the front rooms in particular a bit noisy in the mornings, although closed windows kept most of noise out

This is my new favorite hotel! The lady at reception was extremely welcoming and friendly, professional and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and practical. Breakfast was magnificent with an incredible variety of fresh ingredients (fruit, fruit salad, yogurts, cheese selections, cold cuts, scrambled eggs and bacon, insalata caprese and half a dozen of jams and marmalades. In addition to rolls, there were new crunchy whole meal croissants (super delicious), and other breads. The array of home-made little sweet bites and a beautiful apple strudel and chocolate cake was amazing. We had booked also a garage for EUR 10 per day, which has in and out privileges. Everything was superb.

The only thing missing might have been a box of Kleenex - can't think of anything else.

The apartment is in a different building to the hotel, but we lived this - it was so central to everything, only a 1 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was so spacious and super clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful, our car broke down and they went above and beyond to help us.

Nothing, it was perfect

Great hotel, ideally located just a few minutes walk from the lakeside. Handily placed over the road from a car park where you can park for the discounted rate of 10 euros a day. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast and the staff were all freindly and helpful.

The hotel is freshly decorated and is stylish and modern. Our room was large with a spacious bathroom and very spacious shower. Everything worked well and the room and hotel had everything we needed. Facilities were excellent and we had a fridge and a safe in the room. Staff were friendly and very helpful and there was always someone available to answer any questions. The breakfast was beautifully arranged with home made cakes and pastries and a wide choice, and everything was replenished quickly. The hotel is well positioned, a 2 minute walk to the lake front, bars, restaurants and shops, and a 1 minute walk to the main bus stop. We highly recommend this hotel.

Super little hotel. Very central & extremely clean. Great breakfast with delicious homemade cakes & pastries. Bacon & egg & great continental selection. Welcome air conditioning in room & public areas. Staff were a delight & super helpful.

Just a safety suggestion. Provide a slip mat in the bath & grab rail.

We were off site at the Limon apartment. Quiet. Close to the boardwalk

Kitchen had too few utensils needed to cook food
