First of all the hotel is splendid. The staff was extremely welcoming and paid a lot of attention to our specific needs. The bedroom is stunning and we liked a lot that they don't have standard hotel white bedsheets but beautiful cosy light colored ones, like at home. The hotel is very nicely designed and ultra modern. The bathroom had shower and bathtub. The breakfast was fresh and very diverse, they had fresh fruits and a variety of veggies, meat and cheeses. The coffee is as usual exceptional. They have the full service of a 5 stars hotel, including a welcoming drink and a rose for ladies.

The Staf was even better than the brand new facilities. The Spa just amazing.

An outstanding Hotel featured by large rooms with elegant and practical furnitures, a very accurate space distribution between pools, SPA, Gym club, Restaurant: every space and each detail seem very carefully designed to best fit its function. There are 5 different types of SPA with multiple combinations of temperature and humidity, two large indoor/outdoor hot water pools to enjoy the outdoor space even during winter, entering into the pool inside the hotel and moving while immersed in the water outside through sliding doors, a well featured Gym Club with plenty of devices (cyclettes, weight lifting, and other equipment although the classic tapis-roulant are missing...) and a wide relax area fit with sun-beds and comfortable sofas. an excellent Wi-Fi is accessible everywhere. The restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast, probably one of the richest and more complete I ever experienced either for salted foodand sweet food: fruit, vegetables, an incredible long-list of cheeses and salted meats, salmon, eggs (with omelettes prepared on demand by a cook), and prosecuting then with any type of bread, brioche or cake to fit any type of taste (a rich choice of sealed Gluten-Free breads, brioches and crackers is also available without need of asking it). At this Restaurant is also possible to have dinner which also consists in a wide buffet with appetizers and starters and then a complete three courses dinner eventually concluded by fruit and desserts from another buffet. The cost of the dinner is 45 €/person which is quite fair and convenient considering the level and the quantity of the proposed choice. Rooms are fabolous (I booked a normal room and the hotel did kindly upgrade our room to a Lake-view room that on top of the other features also offers a fantastic view on the Garda lake) and the bathroom is very large, fit with a bath-tub and a comfortable shower. Inside the room a large cupboard allows to easily store luggage and dresses.

There are a few points that - from my point of view - still need some "fine tuning": 1) The TV has almost only German channels (only 3 Italian Channels) although it's featured by a very easy-to-use mirroring system that allows to see on the 50" TV any streaming platform through the mobile phone or Ipad 2) The costs of the extras at the bar/Restaurant are really excessive: 7,00 € for a single bottle of water or 3,50 € for a Coffee at the bar seem really too high. 3) The Hotel provides just some cloth-made slippers, not suitable for the SPA: it could be opportune at least suggesting to the guests to bring their own Crocs or rubber slippers. 4) In my room the fridge was not cooling (but I left the water on the external terrace and the scope was however reached).

Some staff really excellent and some perhaps a little insincere Decor in hotel is lovely, calming & relaxing Good seating areas and good pools Amazing lunch salad with tuna made especially- delicious thanks

The food, be it mainly great was all buffet asa newly opened hotel and they didnt have sufficient kitchen staff for alla carte. Therefore, the food became a bit samy and at c 49 euros per head was a bit pricey for a buffet! Nice chefs though. Getting more pillows was an absolute chore!

Nice facilities, big room, good dinner and breakfast. Great SPA.

-The flip-flips were missing in our room -The record player in the lobby had a short cable headphone. Difficult to use. Also the headphones was partly broken -Some of the lockers were broken in the SPA Changing room -There limited Weight Plates (max.100kg) for the whole gym. Which makes Difficult to workout more then 1-2 people in the same time. -There were limited numbers of Dumbbells in the gym, a lot of Dumbbells were missing. -The light was always red at the parking house. It didn't change to green. -It needs more towels in the spa area

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! There is absolutely nothing to dislike. The hotel exceeds all expectations, it's beautifully designed with stunning views and exceptional service. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and the rooms are simply wonderful. The location is perfect, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The facilities are top-notch, with everything you could possibly need. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we truly loved every aspect of our stay. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel with beautiful rooms and surrounding area. The SPA area is really awesome. The fitness center has everything what is needed for a good workout. Breakfast and dinner was always really delicious. The staff was extraordinary polite.

The street to the hotel is a bit tricky, if you know it fine, for the first time we had to check the address, but this is high level critic

The shower was not very powerful . The weights in the gym were all very heavy. More for male body builders. I would have liked a lighter bar , lighter weights and a running machine.

Everything!!🥹 The staff, the room, the spa and breakfast with dinner were perfect. and perfection lays in the details! I loved the stay and would definetely come back! Salo nearby is so so beautiful too!!
