I recently returned from one of the most relaxing and enjoyable holidays I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and beautifully located. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. We enjoyed stunning views, delicious food, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Every activity was well-organized, and there was a perfect balance between exploring and relaxing. Whether it was walking along the beach, trying local dishes, or just soaking in the sun, every moment felt special. The location of the apartment and the swimming pools are great. The apartment is beautiful and the furniture is good.

We didn't like that we had no privacy on the terrace from people walking by. It would have been much better if some bushes or small trees had been planted to block the view and provide shade. Additionally, sometimes there was a smell of manure in front of the apartment (possibly from a nearby farm), so meals on the terrace were not pleasant at those times.

We liked a lot location, apartment itself, facilities and surroundings

Despite the good things I said it is important to mention that last night before we left while we were sleeping (with kids inside) someone broke into our apartment (and 4 others as we found later) and stole the bag and the wallets. It is pity though that the village staff reaction was very indifferent to what happened as if this is a regular thing taking place on a common basis: "Did you search in the garbage? Don't worry , usually the things are found" they said in reception. This was true indeed and a few hours later we found our things, including cards and the phone, wet but untouched. The money was stolen, almost 500 EURO. But no responsibility by the place itself was taken in any manner. Definitely ruined our impression from the place and the trip in general.

We only stayed three nights. Pool was fun, kids loved the foam party. The restaurant on the site was great even at the busy times. The cleaning service was also excellent.

There is no space around the pool, to walk around the pool to a sun lounger is not possible without having to step into the pool, it is so tight. Another thing which would make it more pleasant would be more mature trees around, to provide shade and respite from heat.

The apartment itself was nice. Location was great and facilities for children (crib, high chair, small tub, stepper, playground) were highly appreciated. Also the community is gated and you can park close to your house.

We travelled in the spring. There is no heating except for an AC for the whole apartment. I don't know why but it was excessively humid to the point where your bedsheets were damp and we got condensation on the walls and on the floor below some vents in the walls. The whole room smelled of moisture when we got inside. Those vents were not cleaned in ages (although the property var recently opened after winter) and cold air was coming inside making it really cold to sleep without the AC on (that was also probably not cleaned in ages).

Good pools, parking and cleanliness.

The kitchen in the room could have been better equipped. There were few cutlery and an incomplete set of glasses. Very few kitchen utensils, making it difficult for those who want to cook. Furthermore, I was informed by the reception that, when checking out, it is my obligation to leave the kitchen clean and the cutlery, plates, glasses, pans and utensils washed. I asked why, as I was leaving. The hotel responded that this is so that everything is ready for the next guest. Honestly, besides it sounding strange for the guest to have to leave everything washed, which in my opinion is up to the hotel (this is the hotels's business...) it still seems unhygienic for the next guest to use dishes washed by the previous guest, in other words, a non-professional wash.

Good location, great facilities, we had a wonderful stay, the kids had a great time and we will definitely go back

We asked for a baby chair and they didn’t give it to us because we didn’t pay for a “family room”, although we booked a room for 2 adults and 3 children.. it made eating with the baby very difficult, and it wasn’t so accommodating…

Great peaceful location for rest and enough entertainment in backyard for whole family. Spacious accommodation with modern and clean design. Kitchen with all appliances except oven and great balcony. Close location for visit Grandiland, Park Natura Viva and Lake Garda.

Wifi signal is limited for vicinity of reception only.

An amazing accommodation for our family of two adults and 2 children. Welcoming and includes all necessities for a short stay. We ate at the restaurant and it was reasonably priced and we also ordered take out from restaurant which was prepared in good time. Supermarkets within walking distance but having a car will surely be better. Parking is available behind accomodation just a few meters away.Nice pool. Although most of the apartments were occupied it was always quite and peaceful and we really enjoyed the outdoor space.

The only thing missing was a kettle.

The kids absolutely loved the pool, the daytime activities for the kids were also excellent and the on site restaurant was well priced and very tasty. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times and made us feel very welcome.

While the site has WiFi, it is only in the common areas. It would be better if WiFi was also available in the rooms. It would also be better if rooms had a hair dryer.
