Great location with and underground garage parking. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is also good and tasty. You can use hotel bikes for free which is a nice commodity to get around if you don't want to use a car. All in all we had a good experience at the hotel Arena.

Bathroom was clean and functional, but it could benefit from some updates. The facilities appear a bit dated and would greatly enhance the overall guest experience if they were modernized. The price could also be a bit lower for what you get.

Our room was a good size, very clean with a great shower, there was a lovely rooftop pool and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There was also a massive supermarket literally next door which was very useful!

Our room was on the ground floor next to a canal partially hidden behind bushes. Because of this we didn’t feel comfortable sitting out on the patio due to the amount of mosquitoes (more than usual). It wasn’t particularly private either as people could walk right past our patio door.

Staff are very welcoming and tried their best to make our stay as easy as possible.. Parking inside the hotel is an added bonus howver missing electrical charging point. (you have to leave the car in adjasent parking to charge in Enel x way spots). Breakfast was very good and overall a comfortable stay.. Price was quite steep however we visited in easter time which is expected to be more expensive than usual

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially with the children, the private parking was a big plus, the room was big enough for the four of us (1 child + infant), we didn't have a chance to swim, but the swimming pool seemed nice. The towels were changed everyday without even asking

Breakfast wasn't bad, it was just the same everyday.. other than that it was great!

Rooftop pool is a big bonus for this hotel, it is a great facility. We went with young teens and made use of the free bike hire each day, this made it really easy to get around local beaches and restaurants in Sirmione and was a big bonus. Underground parking felt safe and secure and was easy to access from the hotel. Cleaning staff were super friendly and there was a good selection at breakfast time. We all had a great stay here and would stay again.

We had a family room but it didn't feel like there was a lot of space (I am being picky here!)

1. It would have been great if the cleaning people give two water bottles. They gave us 2 bottles on day 1 and then no bottles anymore. Then I asked can we have tap water; the person at the desk thought for a second and said yes! If you want customers to have tap water, mention that in the room or give two water bottles everyday!

The roof top pool and complementary bikes, good breakfast

A little overpriced for what it is, probably cheaper to book directly, the air conditioning was harsh and we could hear conversations etc from adjoining rooms or on the corridor. Also couldn’t use the garden terrace due to mosquitoes - right beside a stream

Lovely roof top pool and good quality breakfast.this is a great hotel if you are on a budget. Located next to a supermarket. Good range of restaurants close by and 10 mins to the beach

This hotel is only suitable if you have a car. Buses very irregular and 1km walk to the place for the Sirmione buses. Located next to a supermarket!

Fab hotel, easy access to the motorway and close enough to the town. Can rent bikes from the hotel for free but can’t prebook so get up early for a key! Our room was on the first floor and it was a nice interior. The evening staff especially the man from Sardinia, he was very friendly and gave us great tips for touring around. A supermarket right next door

Breakfast could be better

Bedroom very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, they borrow you bycicles for free which is very convenient to go to Sirmione (15 min by bike ) or to Peschiera del garda (25 min by bike). Also very good restaurants around the hotel. We didnt use the pool but it looks like a good deal for the summer.
