Perfect location. It was great cycling into Sirmione while we were there. Loved the breakfast, and ate there all 3 evenings too. Great food. Would def recommend this hotel. They didn't have tea coffee facilities in the rooms, but gave us a kettle so we could make our own tea! The staff were so friendly, and very accommodating. We also swam in the outside pool - chilly but refreshing! Let's of tables to sit outside and enjoy a drink.

The property was in a beautiful location with its own slip and mooring for private boats. Parking was plentiful and there was additional parking in the underground garage. There was a lovely swimming pool which we didn’t use as the weather wasn’t the best. The pool was cold. We had a stunning view from our room (208) and a large balcony which we used to sit early evening before dinner for a pre drink. We were told all Lake Views were already booked on booking but on arrival moved to a Lake view. Thank you! The restaurant was very popular and the food excellent quality and good portions. Not too expensive but on par with other restaurants in Italy. Breakfast was good with a selection of what you might expect for breakfast. Fresh fruits were always available and the staff continually restocked anything which went quickly. The cook was kept busy refilling the hot and cold food cabinet. The hotel is a little way from Sirmione old town and castle, with the weather a bit hit and miss we drove and parked close by for €9.50 for 4 hours. This was more pleasant than walking which would have taken a good 30/40 mins.

There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The decor was dated but very comfortable.

Location of hotel was close to the waterfront,with stunning views of the lake and the surrounding mountain range. Located close to transport links and local amenities . Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice choices for breakfast. Hotel also catered for lunch and evening meals. The staff were Courteous, helpful and friendly . Restaurant staff laid out birthday greetings on the breakfast table on the morning of my daughters birthday.

Coffee from the machine at breakfast was not hot.

Location is very nice, near the lake and near to the towns Sirmione, Desencana, Peschiera, cleanliness, friendlyness of the whole staff, swimming pool, breakfast, very comfort parking zone with no money extra.

We had the last room in the row, therefore near to the road. The room was quiet when we shut the windows, but we couldnt use the nice balcony. but it was our fault as we booked very spontanous therefore it was the last free room.

Perfect breakfast! Very nice coffee and big choice of food. The location is perfect for going to Gardaland and to the center of Simone by car. Property is right at beside the lake. Beautiful surroundings.

Location just in front of lake, very central. Staff at night shift were super helpful and welcoming. Nice room with terrace with lake views and complete breakfast buffet.

We just stayed one night. Very spacious room with balcony overlooking the lake. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was included in the price and besides the usual items it had a big variety of sweets and fruits. The hotel has an on site restaurant, which was very convenient for us, because we arrived late and didn’t have to wonder around to find somewhere to eat.

Wonderful location by the lake Garda. Welcoming staff, 24h reception. Clean, tidy room with all necessary equipment, all functioning well with slight sings of wear. Spacious balcony with a wonderful view. Quiet neighbourhood where you can hear only bird songs. Excellent food quality. To recommend for a short or a longer stay enjoying the beautiful town of Sirmione.

Quality hotel with nice lake view and pool area. Easy acceess to many places if you come by car. Good parking area. Bikes free for rent but not very good ones.
