Small family hotel with a shop/café in the ground floor. Room was very basic, but clean, however, within the expectations for the balue. Very pleasant staff, always helpful and kind. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic. One can choose from plenty of different options and if you stay here make sure to have breakfast included. There is a large parking in the back side, which is free of charge.

Room is very small, there was a closet in the room but it was locked and unavaable for use.

Very clean room and bathroom, if needed room may be cleaned each day. Tasty breakfasts that can be eated on terace. If you like you can go downstaris to bar and order espresso or glass of cold wine in good price. Good localization, 15 mintutes to beach, 10 minutes to supermarket, close to many restaurants (on foot).

Would be great if breakfast will have tomatoes or any vegetables.

The room was clean and comfortable with spacious bathroom and nice balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enough to get you up and running (prosciutto, ham, cheese, few kinds of bread, pastries, jams, cream, coffee, juice, fruit), although the same every day. Parking spot in front of the apartment is a plus. Location is good base for visiting other places around Lago di Garda.

Beds are little bit squeaky and there are no mosquito nets.

Very clean, great location for local transport and supermarkets. The owner was lovely and very helpful with maps, advice and we could also buy local bus tickets from her which was very helpful!

There is a lack of public transport in the area of the B&B so makes travelling into Sirmione a little difficult.

The room was nice, not so big, but pretty and clean, with a little terrace. The breakfast was good and I like the terrace where we ate, very cute. The neighbouthood was ok, not loud and not in the middle of nowhear, we can walk a little bit around and there was a restaurant and a store. A little store and coffee break were also in the same place. It is close to reach Gardaland, Sirmione, Parco natura viva with the car.

Everything was great! Kind hosts, good location, quiet, fresh breakfast. Initially we wanted to stay just one night, but we stayed 2 and we even wanted to stay the third night but we didn’t make reservation on time.

The room was as on pictures. It was nice and clean. We stayed one night only. Good breakfast included. Personal staff is really nice. We had everything we needed.

The single bed had a worn mattress.

Hospitable staff ready to assist at any time and excellent location of the B&B. Also, the breakfast was variant and tasty. Nice balcony with a cool view!

The family rooms are a bit tight. No kettle in the room.

Room was very clean and A/C worked well! Simple breakfast of croissants, Italian pastries, yogurt, coffee; very acceptable! Excellent value for the money!

The room was a weird shape and small but luckily, we had 2 smaller children who slept in the narrow corridor area of the room. Beds and decor were acceptable.
