For us it was relly great and memorable stay. Sirmione and Garda Lake itself are great in any weather and any time (we have been in November). Hotel location was convinient just 15 minutes walk from Sirmione, you can go by bus easily to Sirmione, Desenzano and Pischiera but you have to know really well bus circulation. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful they gave us all the neccessary information about it and other things also. Rooms and hotel itself were very clean and comfortable. Room is enogh big and warm split system help to heat it. Very nice view from balcony to autumn garden. Breakfast was the best in our 14 days travel in Italy. Really big choice: solmon fish, different types of cheese, salami, prosciotto, vegetable and fruites, eggs, fried mashrooms and some kinds of sandwiches, croissant and even donuts. All personal was very kind, there is a restaurant for lunch and dinner with nice choice of italian food and quite nice prices. Also personal there was very kind and friendly. In room you can find kettle so it was very useful for us because it is already cold time in November but we were luckky with the sun. And the biggest plus for us was free bicycles for any age. We took them and drive around to church, beach and then winneries nearby. Thanks to everyone for our great stay and holiday and also the smily housekeeping singnora. She made all our mornings happy.

We stayed in the building behind the restaurant. The room was quite modern and looked very good, with the shower and toilet in great condition. The hotel’s location is excellent. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast isn’t very diverse, but you can still eat well and enjoy your meal. It’s better to come earlier for breakfast, as not everything gets refilled later. There was always enough parking space, even late in the evening.

Our room had a balcony, but we had to keep it closed at all times because of the incredible number of insects and mosquitoes. It would be great if there were some repellent provided in the room—we kept forgetting to buy it ourselves.

The view was amazing from our room. You wake up and you see wonderful lake and mountains right from your bed. Room was so comfortable, bed very cozy, we slept like children whole night. New mattress and everyday changed linen sheets made our night very pleasant. Few towels and shampoo, soap for each guest and hair dryer in the room. There was also a kettle, cups and set of tea and coffee replenished every day. Staff is very helpful and kind. Delicious breakfast and restaurant in the hotel with good wine and well made food. Bikes available for FREE to take a ride by the lake. Awesome! Free parking by the property.

Hotel is placed right by the quiet busy street so there is a little noisy during the day but at night it was quiet.

Had a lovely 4 night stay in October. Good location if you don’t mind walking or cycling, bus. Great price and very good breakfast. A steady 50-55 min walk to the centre of Sermione. This walk takes in much of the lake and paths are very easy. We hired bikes on 2 days (free of charge) and found it brilliant and could be down in main Sermione in 20 mins. Cycle paths most of the way but do need to go on the roads to avoid pedestrians shouting at you on footpaths. We were a party of 3 and had 2 bedrooms and a massive corner balcony which was amazing with partial view of Lake. This hotel is perfect if you don’t want to be right in the centre and avoid the expensive hotels. There is a large supermarket around the corner and other cafes, restaurants bars within 10 min walk.

Unfortunately the pool and sunbathing area was closed time of our visit (12-16th Oct). To be fair we were aware of this but the weather was still warm (20/21) for us Brits and we would have liked the chance to relax around the pool. Couple of the male staff at breakfast were quite rude/unhelpful. However Two women seemed in charge and were very very efficient and friendly. As were all reception staff who spoke very good English and so helpful.

Beautiful Hotel with a good spread in Breakfast. + The location is really nice in the small town and there is a good space for parking with a restaurant of their own just outside the hotel. + We booked a family room which was big with two queen beds and one single bed and the private bathroom attached. + Very welcoming staff at reception and breakfast hall (a number of options for vegetarians) + Clean rooms and comfortable beds. A very good stay and would highly recommend. Also it's a beautiful town - Sirmione, we were not able to explore much.

Superb breakfast. The room was super clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel has a huge pool which we didn't use because it was December. We could ride bikes that took us from the Hotel to Sirmione and back, for free. Very helpful because for someone who arrives by public transport, the town is an hour's walk away.

On our departure, we were informed that the buses don't stop unless by request on the inside, so we had to walk an hour to get to Sirmione and catch the bus when the bus stop was nearly at the Hotel door. So it might be super convenient for a short drive into town, but not for someone who arrives by bus.

Very clean and well maintained. The staff were mostly nice and helpful. The restaurant is very good and the pool area is very clean, we enjoyed it a lot! Very good value for money! Our daughter enjoyed the pool so much! The breakfast waitresses are so sweet, the choice of food is good for the money.

The hotel itself is very good I would recommend it definitely! However for the location, the shuttle stop to Sirmione is not too close, we didn't have a car and it was tyring to walk to the shuttle bus that gets to sirmione. The other bus stop (26) is very close but the bus comes only every one hour and has delays so it's not reliable. For families a car is recommended for this area.

Perfect little hote close to amenities. The lake meters away. The cleaning staff were extremely friendly and the receptionists did all they could to accommodate our requests. We loved the hotel location, which is perfect for day trips around the lake. The food in the restaurant - evenings was exceptionally tasty and good value. We loved the fish dishes and pizza! In the room toiletries teas and coffee replenished every day.

The bed was much too hard for our liking. It kept us awake at night. The breakfast - plenty of choice but not replenished and we had two days when the run out of croissants a d chocolate. The hot breakfast was dried out in the containers. The staff had issues with understanding English simple coffee order repeatedly. I tried to use Italian words but still mistakes in what arrived. Might be an issue if one I'd allergic to dairy or cannot drink caffeinated coffee.

Very nice clean hotel with little bonuses - great restaurant with welcome drinks from the hotel, free bicycles, discount fot the tickets to Gardaland. We enjoyed staying there.

For a couple of nights, we had very noisy neighbors. The room was very hot with no chance to turn on a conditioner. Also, for breakfast, I would like a bigger variety

Everything was perfect – the room was super clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything needed. The location is also excellent, close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommend this hotel.

One small suggestion – it would be great to have more vegetables available at breakfast
