The whole area is so nice and quiet and the property looked cozy (the perfect backyard to get out in the morng and drink your coffee, with the fat cat purring next to you). Besides this, Sandra and her husband are the greatest hosts ever. They take care of your needs, and even if we don’t speak each other’s languages, we had a delightful conversatiom that lasted over an hour and was full of joy. Would totally come back sometime.

Very lovely landlords/owners, cozy, clean and room with an original and individual touch and a very relaxed atmosphere. Also, super cool breakfast - there is no buffet, so no waste (which I warmly welcome!) but the owners serve (literally!) everything you might need or want freshly in their kitchen.

Everything was fine. If you look for something near the touristic center of Sirmione, this place might not be for you, though. It‘s in a calmer area a bit further off.

Wonderful hosts, wonderful room and breakfast and great location. Situated on a quiet street with easy parking. 5 minute walk to lake and shops and some lovely restaurants. A swimming beach can be walked to in 10 minutes. Love grassy area under trees with deckchairs to hire. The water was lovely and warm and very safe as goes deep very gradually. ISandras B and B was our favourite place on our Italy holiday. So friendly and made our stay very special. The room was beautiful and bed much bigger than it looked on the photos. The pool is lovely for a dip.

We liked everything

The B&B was in an attractive well kept home and grounds. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom which was spacious. There was daily room cleaning as well. The breakfast, served by the hosts, not self serve, was varied, generous and tasty! Street parking was easy in this quiet residential neighborhood near Sirmione and a block from Lake Garda. The hosts were gracious, welcoming and very helpful!

I'm a fan of "first thing in the morning coffee" before breakfast; would appreciate more autonomy with coffee service.

Very nice place to stay. They only have 3 rooms, which gives it a very homely atmosphere. Sandra and her husband are great hosts. The breakfast is extensive and there are also sweets available (croissant, cookies, muffins,…). Sandra certainly doesn't want you to lack anything. They only speak Italian but they do their best to make themselves understood. In other words, a great stay, we would definitely go back.

Proximity of Sirmione and very calm. Two minutes from the lake, also restaurants and food stores . Very friendly hosts, excellent breakfast, good parking availabilities in front of house as it is a residential zone.

Wifi should be improved.

Our hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. We felt at home with them. Nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfast was delicious, more than enough food. Very tasty too. Was a bit annoying that the host were serving, I prefer self service, but >I understand it's COVID measures

The owners are really nice. A very quite place. There's a pool but we didn't get a chance to test it (not enough time I guess).
