Staff was great and welcoming to us when we checked in! The apartment was clean, had necessary kitchen amenities, great yard to relax in. My husband and I especially loved the bike rental that was complimentary of the resort and used them to go towards Lake Garda and the Sirmione town. Although we didn’t use the pool, it was clean and had an outdoor shower to rinse in as well.

The induction stovetop was difficult to turn on at first, so perhaps having instructions could have helped!

Great for self catering. The supermarket is a 10min walk and it’s huge so you have plenty of choices. The room was clean and spacious, very quiet in the surrounding areas which was great. Free parking all around. Didn’t try the spa on this occasion so cannot comment but from what I could see in the window it looked good. Driving in to Simrmione was around 10mins and to Verona was 40. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. A really good stay overall!

The Acqua Resort is an amazing place to stay in Sirmirone. The room is spacious and comfortable. The free bike rental is a plus that you should take into account in this place. Overall, our experience was positive and we loved our stay.

My wife and child are allergic and the cleanliness of our room should be better. It was needed to use the broom in the morning. Particularly, my room did not have an Italian coffee machine and the bathroom sink presented a problem that was fixed promptly but that could have been avoided if the room had been checked before my check-in. Finally, the letter with a lot of recommendations and rules made me worried and is not a "welcome 1st impression".

I enjoyed the treadmill as I hate running in the sun 5* all way round

My RECOMMENDATION -Not something I did not like about the property- would be to having 1 or 2 chargers for BEV add Sirminione is a bit short stacked

The location, perfect. The staff, going above and beyond to give you the best stay possible. The room, perfect with everything we needed. We loved our stay in Sirmione and took advantage of their facilities. The pool area was ideal and the provision of free bikes made travelling to Sirmione's old town a breeze.

An elegant apartment with excellent facilities. Extremely comfortable beds, crisp white sheets. Great shower and fully equipped kitchenette. There were so many lovely touches including a private outdoor dining area, great lighting and lots of storage. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Gabriel. He is a lovely host and nothing was too much trouble. Our children enjoyed the pool and cuddling Grace the poolside poodle! There are so many small cafes and good restaurants nearby and it was easy to park the car outside the apartment. We wished we could have stayed longer at Acqua Resort and the stunning Sirmione and are already planning our return trip!

The property was perfect for us as a family with a teenage boy . Having the separate lounge with the sofa bed was perfect. Lovely little garden to relax in and a nice pool to cool off in. Would definitely recommend. We had a car and it was as easy to park onsite .

Very comfortable and spacious apartment, cozy garden, opportunity to use the pool 24/7. I enjoyed the furniture. Clean apartment. Great, responsive communication with a host.

SPA is for extra cost, not so cheap - 20€/hour (per apartment). You reserve your time and pay for it. However, there were some other guests who decided to visit the SPA after the reception is closed, for free. So the spa zone stops to be private.. and not fair for the guests who pay for that. Laundry machine is missing. So, if you stay for 2 weeks+, it is necessary. Such a big and comfortable apartment should have it. Not enough lightening in the kitchen.
