Balcony is great and the neighborhood is full of cats and lovely hypersocial neighbors.

The humidity can be annoying after a shower but goes away when windows are left open for a long time. A better ventilation in the bathroom can improve the place a lot.

Superb location for going to the beach nearby, lots of great places nearby. Check in was seamless, bathroom was great, everything was clean. Host was available for any doubts

Wrote the proprietor 4 times via Booking.com and text message without any reply. Location was without any restaurants and bars, far away from the 2 other parts of the city The private beach the property advertises on Booking.com does not exist!

The location was convenient, and at first glance, the room looked clean.

The air conditioner in our room started leaking heavily and completely flooded the floor and the bed, forcing us to stay for almost two full days in a damp, humid, and stuffy room. On the first day, someone made a minimal attempt to help, but by the second day, my requests were either completely ignored or answered with rude and dismissive replies. The hotel management not only failed to fix the issue but actually suggested that I repair the leaking air conditioner myself — despite the fact that I have neither the skills nor any obligation to do so. When I explained that I couldn’t handle the situation, they threatened to call the police if the problem wasn’t resolved. Later, after we had checked out, the hotel contacted Booking to demand compensation, falsely claiming that I had caused the damage — an accusation that is absolutely absurd. Even if I had wanted to break it, I wouldn’t know how — just as I had no idea how to fix it. Getting help during the day was hopeless: the staff were only present during limited hours, and even in an emergency, no one responded. It felt like the hotel had no access to its own rooms unless guests were physically present — as if you’re expected to stay inside your room at all times just in case you need assistance. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had in all my years of traveling. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you don’t want your vacation ruined.

The location is good.

We went for New Year’s eve, so we paid the normal overpriced rates for the occasion. When we entered the room, the windows where open and we could smell a strong odour of sewage. We let all the taps run, change the air, and we left. When we came back to the room, the SMELL OF SEWAGE was so nauseating that it felt like swimming in SHIT (you could smell it even from outside the room). Cause it was in the middle of the night, there wasn’t anybody around, so we had to sleep with the windows open in December, it was impossible otherwise. The following morning before checkout we called Rossana to let her know. We didn’t even receive an apology. The worst part is that THEY KNEW, cause they left the windows open before our arrival and they didn’t tell us or give us the option of cancelling the booking. So, if you want to go, make sure they fixed it. Ah the mattress, not the best.
