The swimming pool; the balcony; the ac on cold once I got into the room (very hot and humid day);some of the staff was absolutely 100% helpful available and lovely; the proximity to the sea and the location in general (on the main street and close to the shops in particular Martinucci); the pasticciotto in morning breakfast and the coffee were excellent;

The property was ok. I found the woman at the reception check in rude, but the rest of the staff and waiters compensated by being outstanding from all the aspects. I avoided speaking to her and I related only with the rest of the staff, that was on the contrary immensely kind. I didn’t like the timing for the check in at 4.00 (never seen such a late time) and check out at 10.00 in the morning. Technically I paid for much less than 24 hr room, this was disappointing… they fixed this by letting me stay in the swimming pool for the time necessary, so I can’t complain about that! I was really happy with the solution.

Pool - The main reason we booked Joli Park was for the large pool with plenty of sun loungers. As it turned out there were hardly more than four or five guests at the pool on any given day with 30 loungers. Swimming caps required. Breakfast - consisted of three cereals, natural yogurt, various pastries, boiled or scrambled eggs, breads. There was only some tinned fruit on one morning, no fresh fruit. Location - located at the top of the Main Street which has restaurants, bars and shopping all the way down to the Old Town. It is a bit of a walk to the Old Town but it’s a straightforward stroll. Staff - friendly and helpful.

Bathroom - dated and small. Shower - ancient and tiny, we had to get the very old broken shower head replaced. Constantly banging elbows off the sides of the tiny cubicle.

A very pleasant stay in a good location, it also has it's own parking (when you manage to find a spot 😀. Staff were really helpful and polite! Breakfast was good. Also very clean...

The only thing I didn't like was the mattress which is too soft and uncomfortable

The hotel was clean, the pool area was nice. Pool was cold but we liked that. The majority of staff were nice. Breakfast was lovely, very fresh.

The bar wasn't a bar- hard to get a drink. Parking at times was hard to get a space. The location is far from the old town.

Nice room, large balcony, centrally located, free parking, friendly staff, decent breakfast (for Italian standards), good wifi.

Airconditioning is centralised, and it was turned off, so it was very hot in our room. Shower wasn't very clean.

5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk to the centre of old town. A great swimming pool to cool down after a day out.

The tv does not have any english channels

Good location at the beginning of main shopping street, walking distance to old town. Rooms from higher floors offer nice view from the balcony. Free wi-fi.

Bed is long enough only for people below 185 cm. Luckily the end of the bed is flat so you can still stretch your legs. Parking is free but limited and might get full in high season.

A lovely hotel providing a good breakfast and evening meal option. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the city. Tasty meal each evening with a super fast waiter service. A mistake with the bill was immediately rectified. A good location near the station and on the main avenue

Great location walking distance to everything. Centrally located yo explore via a car
