The apartment is excellent, clean, cozy. The hospitality of the owner is especially valuable, she prepares an excellent breakfast every morning. The owner prepares desserts and local dishes herself. Because she knows the area very well, she can recommend places and sights that are worth visiting. The location of the apartment is excellent for day trips to Matera, Alberobello, Gravina, Altamura, Ostuni etc. Free parking is possible on the right side of the street. Thank you Anna

Fresh fruits, oranges to prepare your Vitamin "booster" juice, local bred and homemade cake, scramled eggs, joghurt .....and whatever it takes, your alimentary allergies aren´t a problem for Anna Marzias "passion" - the passion to treat you as a guest - a tradition you will experience often in this region, but hardly to find on this exceptional level. Anna Marzia loves what she does and the property is her mirror. Great architectural taste, a place you´d find normally only in high gloss magazines. Every detail matches perfectly with the interior design. We felt more than cosy, we felt being at home! Thank you!

This property has been completely renovated, great facilities, great location and an even greater host! There are a plethora of cafes, bakeries, eateries all in the same street. The property is just a short stroll away from the old town where you’ll find absolutely everything you’ll need.

Absolutely a wonderful experience! Biba was a wonderful host and a pleasure to speak with! Her breakfast was delicious and different everyday of our stay! Highly recommend! We’ve been traveling through Italy for the past 2 months and Ai Sottani has been the best!!!!
