The hotel and its facilities are amazing: the pool, the big hotel room and the view. The restaurant belonging to the hotel (serving lunch and dinner) was really nice - the food was genuine and of course, the setting is amazing looking down on the Verona area. The hotel is beautifully decorated with its color and art.

The wasps around the pool - especially if you have an an allergy. There was a crazy amount of wasps and the hotel needs to take an action on minimizing them - of course not by doing something harmful to them but simply distract them from the pool (they are attracted to the water). There must be a solution in which the wasps are the hotel guests are happy :)

My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying at this small private hotel. The friendly and tight-knit team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The attention to detail in the interior design, thoughtfully curated by the owner, created a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. We truly appreciated the care and hospitality provided by the staff, making our stay enjoyable and memorable.

We were staying in a Superior room, there was nothing that we didn't like.

It was amazing, gorgeous property with very nice rooms. The restaurant on-site was excellent and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. It may be the off season pricing, but quality of the hotel felt way above what we paid. But what really set it apart was the above and beyond customer service of every person we interacted with. The staff was kind and proactively made our stay as enjoyable as it could be. We will definitely return.

This was the most exceptional place we have ever stayed at with the family. We took 3 suites and they were all amazing - even better than what they looked like in the pictures. The place is so beautiful inside and out. The staff is welcoming and professional including great suggestions for food and travel. The breakfast is good and nicely served. The rooms are absolutely stunning and we slept well on the comfortable bed. The sauna in two of the larger suites was a great treat after a long day of traveling in the beautiful area - lots of beautiful places to explore around. Thanks to the wonderful team at Villa Balis Crema, and we sure hope to see you again soon!

Wi-Fi is week in the rooms and also in some of the public areas. It didn’t take away any of the fun, but could have been nice to have better access to the internet.

Wonderful restored villa in the hills of Valpolicella with excellent views, new rooms with all comfort, great breakfast excellent field to fork onsite restaurant with outside terrace in the shade of old trees, a lot to explore in the area around

Our private terrace could have had a sun umbrella for protection of the mid day sun, the pool is a nice shaped plunge spot

Every singlr person of the staff was soo friendly. Very comfortable matrasses and very clean. The restaurant is also very good and the maitre is fantastic and the chef too. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. Loved every single second there.

Only thing that i would appreciate better if the fried eggs were made fresh. They were laying there sometimes for a long time. And so a little hard. But that is a detail.

Best place we have ever stayed! If you ever visit this area do not hesitate and choose Villa Balis Crema Verona! Our room was amazing and the landscape makes the place even better. The people who work there are very nice, welcoming and helpful which made our stay pleasant. We will definitely come back in the future! ☺️

We loved everything. A beautiful, calm and lovely place. I would come back every time! Clean and very beautiful rooms, the outside area is beautiful and the view exceptionally beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and staff super friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was also very good and amazing quality. Better to do a reservation in advance since there are only a few tables.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very very comfortable. The hotel is quite beautiful and tastefully furnished and decorated. The staff are phenomenal, helpful and friendly.

Nothing in particular although on the day we went to breakfast a little later, there didn't seem to be as much variety of food left.

I loved staying at Villa Balis Crema. Everything was better than we expected from the pictures. The place has a lot of charm. The surrounding of the house and the view was beautiful. I will definitely come back.

You need a car to travel to this location, it was fine for us!
