It was a clean comfortable hotel. We used it as a base to go to italian grand prix and visit Milan (metro from Lumpagnano). It was great that reception open 24/7. Mcdonalds lidl and Sushi restaurant nearby. Was a great base. Clean towels every day!!

Not much on the menu for vegetarians and quite expensive for food. Came down 1 night to get a meal but no other customers so went elsewhere. Again went to bar for drinks but no one else there (not hotels fault). LIDL for a croissant or mini breakfast from mcdonalds better value.

Being greeted by the evening reception staff on arrival. So helpful even though we did not speak Italian. So sorry I can't remember their names. But he help us check in even as we forgot our passports we had them on our phones. Very professional about that issue.Also so accommodating when I requested extra pillows and blanket. The morning staff Adreas was accommodating and friendly as well. Your cleaning staff is hospitable. The breakfast staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and quite no unnecessary noise which helped with sleeping.

For me the milk in the automated express machine.

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Milano Fiera. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist.

The main downside is that the hotel is quite far from Milan’s city center.

Clean and comfortable good sized room. Usual coffee/tea and water provisions - nowadays many hotels stop providing these.

A. Drinking water supply - usually hotels provide 2 bottles a day. However, to reduce the operating costs - a water cooler at every floor would be beneficial. B. Location is a little way out and getting a taxi could be a challenge and very expensive.

location close to motorway and center of Lainate

the room was unfortunately very cold. We mention it at reception but they said it was normal temperature. The issue was probably that they used same blanket in winter than summer and it was not adequate for the period. No additional warm blanket as available in the room.

The hotel is clean, quiet, with a good sound insulation the rooms facing the highway are not impacted by the traffic noise. Car Parking is available with electric charger if you have EV. There is a nearby large shopping mall (about 7 minutes driving), Lidl is next door, McDonalds, Petshop, and Sushi restaurant are at walking distance.

Comfortable and spacious room. Very surprised that the restaurant for this chain is actually good, you have a chef who cooks freshly for you (view in the kitchen). Very well located for a road stop to rest one night. Parking very practical and free. Kind and effective service.

Cleanliness is already good but the cleaning of the furniture can be improved.

Perfect location to spend the night on a road trip, close to the highway, large outside parking lot. There is a Lidl supermarket right next door, and Mac Donalds across the road has excellent coffee and croissants for breakfast. Rooms as well as bathrooms are spacious and clean.

Nothing to dislike.

- Room is clean and comfy (well equip), staff is very friendly and helpful. - Surrounding with shop and supermarket (Lidl), Mc Donald, sushi shop (Sushiko Lainate). - There is free parking available

- nothing - not near any public transport (only drive car will easy for you)

The staff was really kind the previous night we suffered a terrible experience on another hotel but there kindness definitely change our Milano perspective, thank you very much guys for that.

Location, the local station taxi service is not to pay at certain hours, so you have to pay higher rates with another taxi services.
