The property is in a great location if you want to do some hiking in Gran Sasso mountain. About 8-10 minutes walk to Where the cable car is. It was under maintenance when I was there. The staff were all awesome, especially Alfredo and Iryna. Botn are very helpful. A very clean and comfortable place to stay. The breakfast that is included is wonderful. Buffet style with lots of options. The dinner was fantastic with high end quality. I strongly recommend try their dinner. Super delicious.

This hotel is exceptional, in terms of location, comfort and value for money. The friendliness of the staff deserves a special mention; in particular Alfredo, who went above and beyond to help us catch our train on a public holiday: what a star - we truly appreciated your help!

The location near the cable car was great for our hike at Campo Imperatore.

I was very disappointed that the spa facilities were not operating. I recent had an ankle operation and I was look forward to using the spa after hiking. This was one of the reasons I choose this hotel.

The owner and staff are really friendly and helpful. The evening menu in the restaurant was very limited, probably due to being off season, but the food was exceptional. Breakfast was beautifully laid out and a good selection of sweet and savoury was provided. Location is superb, a couple of hundred metres from the cable car. We look forward to returning during the winter months.

We loved this property and would unreservedly recommend it. It exudes a warm, cheery atmosphere. Alfredo, on the front desk, was helpful in the extreme. This is a quintessential ski lodge. Best of all, this place is a stone's throw from the Gran Sasso National Park. You can hike it, bike it or drive it.

good location close the the trail to Corno Grande, it was a long, tedious walk, nice restaurant, small pool to enjoy . Very relaxing and quiet atmosphere.

Excellent mountain retreat with private spa suite. We loved everything about our stay. The spa was exceptional, dinner was fantastic & breakfast was lovely. Very well managed hotel with professional staff a short drive from Campo Imperatore. Highly recommend- we will be back.

The receptionist was extremely welcoming, including being able to provide a snack when the kitchen was theoretically closed. The hotel in general had a relaxed atmosphere, and the location provides a good base from which to begin exploration of the Gran Sasso in summer. The breakfast was fine, and the coffee very good. The WiFi is surprisingly good for a mountain location.

There were a few odd noises during the night which might have been from the room adjacent, or possibly expansion and contraction of the timber unit behind the fridge in my room. Whichever it was, my sleep was disturbed. The dinner in the restaurant was o.k., but not great cooking.
