The location was great for walking around this beautiful town. Less than 10 minutes walk from centre. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and home made food daily. The ladies preparing breakfast and cleaning the rooms were very friendly, helpful and kind. The room was spotlessly clean and the furnishings were of a good quality and all in working order. The garden was pretty. We enjoyed our stay.

Our room was at the front of the building and directly at street level resulting in some traffic noise etc. Also as in an apartment building, slight noise from apartment above ie hoovering at 7.30 am. Property could benefit from motion detector lights in hallways as completely in darkness at night.

The property is located close to the old town and in a quiet street. We took up the parking for 15€ per day, which is located about 300m from the building. You can access the carpark at any time you require. If you have a car, I recommend this. The room was modern, comfortable and clean with a comfy bed. The breakfast offering was great. Quite a few home baked cakes and savouries were on offer as well as meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt etc. Good coffee was also offered. A special call out to Michaela who is in charge of breakfast and housekeeping and is one of those rare people that has an infectious personality. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always checking if we needed anything. It also turned out that she was celebrating her birthday on the same day as my partner and we had such fun talking and singing happy birthday. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she even brought my partner a gift after breakfast. Brilliant!

You may read reviews that mention noise. It is true that the people upstairs make a racket when they move furniture or walk in heels and it sounds like they are almost in your apartment. It appears there is no acoustic dampening in the building, so I suspect there is nothing the host could do about it. During our stay, the noise was limited to them getting ready for work in the morning and for a short time in the evening. Our sleep was not impacted. However, I wish to stress, that the occasional noise was quickly forgotten when taking all other aspects into account.

The property is located close to the city center. There is a parking located 300m from the building and some parking lots on the street next to property for 60 cent per hour. We did not meet the owner. When we arrived we sent him an email and he guided as on WhatsApp how to enter the property and room. Our room was big, modern, very clean, with comfy bed and everything we needed (toiletries, hair dryer, plenty of towels, slippers, coffee machine, two bottels of water...). The breakfast offering was great. The lady was baking cakes while we were eating our breakfast. She was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful backyard.

There was slight noise from apartment above and lady preparing breakfast. But it did not affect our sleep or disturb us. It is normal for all properties and hotels with several people.

Very good location in a quiet area, less than a 10 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff (Anna) who prepared great breakfasts that we were able to eat in the really delightful garden, and also helped us with a lot of information despite our not speaking any Italian. Our room was spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. A coin laundry just 150 metres away was a bonus for us. We really appreciated being able to sit in the garden after checking out while we waited for our train connection.

There was nothing that we didn’t like - we really enjoyed our stay at the B&B and would stay again.

Omg WOW, we had the most amazing stay here in Lecce!!! Hands down one of the best stays on our 4 month trip! Our room was so big and spacious, including the bathroom, all with high ceilings. The garden outside was just gorgeous, the best way to start our day having breakfast. But the thing that made this stay so amazing were Michela and Zamira. From the second we arrived, we were greeted with such enthusiasm and kindness. We all gathered in the kitchen and were made coffee, treats, and sandwiches. Even though we both couldn’t speak each others language, we never stopped trying, and used Google translate throughout. They both made us feel so at home, and we gained 2 new friends on our stay. I’ll never forget their kindness and warmth! I could not recommend this place enough and I cannot wait to be back!!!!

Absolutely nothing!!

This B&B is absolutely perfect, one of the best places I have ever stayed and I travel a lot. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, with everything you could want and more. The shower is heaven. The large and beautiful garden is wonderful to lounge in and have breakfast. The breakfasts were robust & delicious. And the staff treats you with tremendous attention & care, went out of their way on several occasions to help me. The women who run this place are truly amazing. The location is also great, a short walk to everything. I hope to return!

Breakfast was lovely and was served out in the garden. Location was excellent, within walking distance of most local attractions and restaurants.

The checkin process was faulty. I got an email on the day of checkin. Unfortunately, I was driving to our location and failed to receive it. The owner, who never appeared, got frustrated in talking me through the check-in procedure.

The team looking after Gianmarti were wonderful, very kind and caring. It felt like we were guests in their home and were well looked after. The room was really big, the bed comfy and there were added extras such as slippers and drink making facilities. There was plenty to eat at breakfast and we were definately well fed!! The location is approx a 10 minute walk to the new or historic centre so was perfect for exoloring the area and the bonus was that I was able to you the secure car park facility they have access to. I woulld highly recommend staying here!

It was echoey in the property as people came and went due to the high ceilings. This is not a fault of the B&B, just a nature of the property. It would not put me off booking again if I was in the area.

Great location close to the Old Town, with affordable street parking right outside. Facilities were clean and modern, and we especially loved the enormous showers. The staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend.

It would have been great to have something hot for breakfast but overall, it was still a solid breakfast bar.

Gianluca was a great host. He let us check in early and met with us to give us the key to the room. We had a room with a garden view where we would have breakfast prepared by the friendly lady that works there. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Gianluca would check on us to see if we needed assistance with anything.
