This hotel is situated on top of a hill, quite far from the beach promenade but has an exceptional view of the beach and harbor area. There is a free shuttle service at the hotel which was a blessing. Our room was situated at the back of the hotel facing the garden and a terrace. Our room was all decorated in whites and creams and the first impression was good; it was also very spacious. The breakfast at this hotel was the best we had during our whole European tour - really impressive spread

The breakfast was really fantastic! Tarts and baked goods, honeycomb, jams were really exceptional. The view from dining room was beautiful also. The staff made us wonderful cappuccino and were extremely polite. The beds were super comfortable as were the pillows.

The bathroom toilet seat needed fixed and adjusted. Our room was on roadside with a beautiful balcony and we like to sleep with windows slightly open for air but every night around 2am I was woke up due to some service people rolling a loud cart out into the street ( maybe garbage). This was quite annoying. Luckily I was able to fall back asleep. Unappreciated though.

This hotel is great, perched up on the hill with fantastic views of the town. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great - lots of options and coffee made fresh to order.

It was not a problem for us though there are a lot of stairs to get from the hotel to the water’s edge (where all the restaurants are located). There aren’t any restaurants on the top of the hill, where the hotel is located.

The shuttle service to nearby beaches and lerici was exceptional. The friendly staff and gorgeous views were also a big plus for us. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again soon.

The breakfast could be improved with fresher food

The location looks a little bit away from the town but there is a small path that leads you in the heart of Lerici. The breakfast is superb and the view from the terrace whilst enjoying your breakfast is fantastic. The shuttle service is great that picks you up from the town. Lerici is a lovely town that isn't overcrowded.

The walls of the rooms are wafer thin. I could hear people scratch their noses in the other room

It was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was very exceptional and elaborate, especially considering the typical Italian style of breakfast one might expect. The shuttle service into town was also very pleasant, and the driver was very courteous. Anyone visiting Lerici should definitely try this hotel—it’s my clear recommendation.

The breakfast was fantastic with an amazing selection of fresh fruits, breads, pastries, salads, meat and cheese. Real honeycomb for fresh honey. The free shuttle down to town was appreciated and convenient.

Cleanliness wasn’t the best, our room had a few “blind spots” There is no pool and no fitness centre, but it is a nice urban boutique hotel.

Hotel Europa is outstanding. The staff is also outstanding, the view from our room was amazing. The breakfast was absolutely one of the best that we ever had, great variety and high quality items. To us, this is a 5 star hotel. Kudos to the management.

Junior suite is large, with comfortable bed and lovely sea view. The free shuttle to local beaches and town is also a big plus and very convenient. Breakfast offered good choice compared to other Italian establishments. Free parking in front of the hotel was appreciated.

Lobby area needs renovation. Bathroom had a slight sewage odor.
