Staff were welcoming and helpful, location on the seafront is excellent, with private bathing area (and bar in the evening) for guests. Bedroom was recently renovated, bed comfortable

Breakfast! Lots of Italian cake and sweet things, no fresh fruit salad, although I did see fresh fruits some mornings. No fruit juice (fresh or otherwise), no green tea, cooked breakfast not appetising...

Location, location and location again. Half of the Hotel's rooms are facing directly to the see. Is definitely a must to request one of those even if are going to be slightly more expensive. Waking up, step on the balcony and admire the full gulf up to Porto Venere is a true joy for the eyes and the main reason to choose this accommodation.

The hotel is not new, but well maintained. Breakfast could be done much better. The savory choices are very few and almost hidden behind a high counter: eggs are offered only hard boiled - no sunny side up or any other style and no veggie at all. Very sugary juice from a dispenser. Considering Italian standard could be still acceptable, but definitely this is not the reason to choose this accommodation.

View from the room was amazing. The balcony was a charm, spacious and in front of the water. The breakfast is good, very controlled and good options. Beds are comfortable and the room had a nice size. Location is perfect, near restaurants, shops.

Parking is not free either public. You need to park far away from the property. Also, there is a cost of 9 Euros per day to use this parking place, however you have to be lucky to find a spot. Bathroom is tiny, not very comfortable. Elevators needs some maintenance, did not feel much safe riding it. The SPA does not seem much used, did not feel very comfortable to use it.

The views were fantastic, the beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast worth every euro! the staff was so accommodating that they were friendly an d assisted us with several requests and information on the area. we will be back! If you have a chance, stay here!

The hotel staff were wonderful. We weren’t given the room I was expecting, Booking .com we’re very misleading, but the staff were sympathetic and sorted it out as soon as they could.

The private terrace with sun beds and steps to the water was often fully booked and rather expensive. €40. We did treat ourselves a couple of times and it was wonderful.

Air conditioning didn’t work nor did awning work to cool our room down …

Location and view were amazing. Quiet at night and good bed. Breakfast was great.

No fridge in the room. Would be nice if the awning on the balcony worked to shade from afternoon sun.

I'm rating it 10 not because it's perfect, but because it was fit for our purpose. We had half pension and enjoyed the dinner and the breakfast. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Yes, the rooms are old, but ours had everything we needed and everything worked. There's no parking at the hotel (and that we already knew when booking), but we used the public parking (walking distance from the hotel) that was suggested at 7 euros for 24 hours.

I never had a more beautiful view from the balcony, i will remember it forever. Hotel location is great, breakfast was great every day, staff is nice and friendly. A small fridge helped a lot!

Bathroom was really small and we didnt have where to dry beach clothes.

Location was great and our ocean view veranda.

The pillows were not comfortable and another 2 pillows to choose from would be nice. Shower was interesting.
