A cozy place just outside Levico Terme, surrounded by apple orchards and fields. Within walking distance to a bar and grocery store in Barco. The farm is home to beautiful horses (with riding opportunities), chickens, cats, dogs, goats, and adorable rabbits – perfect for animal and nature lovers. Ideal for cyclists, with a bike path right next to the property. The lakes are just a short distance away for swimming and sunbathing. The fantastic staff go the extra mile to make your stay special. Generous breakfast and spotless, fresh rooms.

the property is well located in nice countryside, close to Levico and Caldonazzo lakes, not far from Trento and with hiking, cycling routs at your finger tips. every day we started with very testy and filling breakfast, which gave our days certain rhythm and allowed us to save time and get to our holiday program sooner than we normally would have :)

heat was not a issue during our stay. nevertheless, AC could be beneficial, if you travel in the late summer when temperatures reach 30+ in shade.

The property is located in a gorgeous farm like environment with the mountains as background. There are stables attached to the property, wild cats that only want love and a dog who barks to welcome you but is adorable (I love animals). I loved the natural environment of this place. The appartement was very confortable for 4 adultes. It was perfect for dropping our luggage before visiting Trento and heading to Germany the next day. The breakfast was fabulous. There was a Nutella cake that was out of this world. The cappuccino was incredible. Our host Nicola was so nice and accommodating. He lets us in way before our check-in time which was greatly appreciated.

The beds were a little too soft of our taste and there was not TV. But no big deal at all.

Lovely little place with playground and pet animals that or 2.5 year old loved! Nice and quiet, picturesque place! Good breakfast and Nicolas filled up or flask with freshly made coffe to bring with us! If we're coming back to the area we will stay here again!

Unfortunately there's no cooking facilities or restaurant on site or in the village, so you will have to go in to Levico Terme, although we were aware of this when booked, so it's more a heads up to future guests than a complaint!

We really enjoyed the stay at this lovely family house. Andrea and her husband are great and kind hosts taking care of guests. We enjoyed the breakfast full of home made food. The room was very cosy and had a large bathroom. Being there with the small kids, it was as also very nice to see the farm with horses, chickens, goats and rabbits. Thank you.

The place is located in a dreamy location among apple trees close to Levico Terme and there are a lot of animals (cats, a dog, horses, ponies, chickens, rabbits, goats). We booked a room (with air conditioning), but there is also the possibility to camp. We booked an activity with ponies where the great house host taught our daughter to prepare a pony before riding it and it was super. We had a lovely breakfast, including delicious eggs from the house chickens. Definitely recommended to families.

We stayed in the family room which was just big enough for our family of four with two small children. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast options were somewhat limited but all that was available was really good. The surroundings were very beautiful as well. I would definitely stay here again.

One single bed is little bit squeaky but that is my problem with easy disturbed sleep.

Very nice area to stay! we stayed with two children under three, had to book a room for five adults though. Breakfast was good. Short ride to the lake, perfect location overall!

The owners of a small family camp and agriturism are very kind and helpfull. The check in went very smoothly, breakfast was good.
