The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. All basic necessities were available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good for the price. The view was amazing from the room.

The location is a bit outside the city so for any restaurants or shops you would need to drive a bit. However if you want to avoid the population it is good. There were no trash bins in the room.

Amazing pool area overlooking the Mountains! Friendly staff and some of the best italian food i had in the trento area!

The rooms seemed a little outdated, although were clean. Better pillows and a proper duvet instead of a sheet and a wool blanket would have made wonders comfort wise. Do not stay here without your own transport. We stayed here while waiting for a car repair, levico centre is around 30 minutes walk away and there is almost no public transport in the area.

The hotel is really beautiful, the rooms are clean and tidy. We didn't use the swimming pool due to the bad weather, but it looked awesome. The breakfast had a lot of choice, we really liked it

The only downside is the location, or at least depending on your needs. Since it's located a bit out of town, you can only reasonably stay there if you are traveling by car

The swimming pool and the panoramic views were amazing (panoramic view both from the room and the pool). Also the breakfast was very tasty and good

The air conditioning wasn’t working and the stuff didn’t fix it (didn’t offer room change or price discount). Also in the evening at 10pm we wanted to have some cocktails at the bar and it was closed

The location was perfect, and all services included were excellent. The pool was clean, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience

Old elevator that my kids did not want to go on. Nothing to worry about but the sound was apparently disturbing for the younger ones.
