The hotel, the staff, the whole facility was fantastic, I really enjoyed the time we spent in this hotel the swimming pool the cleaning was excellent, all the staff friendly and happy to help, The location of this hotel is convenience. There is a few restaurants bars nearby. Also nice town is about 10 minutes drive. Big thanks to the cleaning stuff

I suggest to have no smoking signs in the restaurant area also on the swimming pool where smoking is not permitted as I’ve noticed some customers ignore kids and keep smoking and sometime they bend the rule, even in the restaurant they smoke.

The property is conveniently placed, close to the beach, a mini market, good restaurants and basic shops, the Paestum ruins and train station are only a short drive or taxi away. The hotel is quiet, kid friendly and has a nice slow pace about it. The restaurant served really nice food and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and great. Overall, a great holiday for a quiet get away.

No toilets near the pool. They were close and located in the -1 level of the hotel, but walking in wet was a little uncomfortable at first, but everyone was doing it. The floor can become slippery so watch your young ones. This is only a small observation and one that didn’t impact our holiday at all, just thought I’d mention it.

We were impressed by the hotel itself and its grounds. We stayed for just one night on our way to Sicily, so I can’t evaluate it from a summer vacationer’s perspective. However, we were very satisfied with the service, the room, the restaurant, and the opportunity to enjoy the beautifully maintained pool area. It was the off-season, and we enjoyed the tranquility and the exceptional attention from the staff – both in the restaurant and room service. The room was spacious enough, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. There was an event with many guests during our stay, but we experienced no inconvenience as it was held in a separate hall.

The bathroom could use some updating. I understand the intention to make an impression with mirrors and decor, but I would recommend opting for materials that are more resistant to moisture and easier to maintain cleanliness. You won't easily find a parking spot, even during the off-season! The restaurant prices are quite high, but the breakfast is excellent. I was also disappointed with the pricing policy for pets. Regardless of whether you stay one night or ten, the cost remains the same – 30 euros.

The swimming pool, spas and recreational areas were great. Great size bed and air con was good.

Not 5 star in the way that I would personally class 5 star! Breakfast ok but bizarrely have to pay extra for hot items. Could do with better pillows. Walls in the hotel rooms really thin. Especially when families arguing and small children shouting.

The hotel exceeds all spectations. Starting by the team, composed by excelent people that provides all assistance to guests. The restaurant and breakfast are five stars. The hotel offers a free parking and a shining infra structure. The rooms with sea view are fantastic, including a balcon. The old city greek of Poseidonia is not so far and complete the program.

Despite the sea view, the beach is not fair and as other italian small cities, Praestum has a bad public transportation system.

The large spaces everywhere and good facilities. Very nice food!

In general terms, I dont think it is a 5 star hotel. It is very good but service is not excellent of a 5 star hotel On a separate note: You need to take a shuttle to go to the beach, and at the beach, you can not ask for more shade because you are only allowed to have one small umbrella that doesnt cover the 2 spaces. Hence we had to leave because it was too hot and the sun was burning.

Good location, good parking, very kind stuff, nice pool with warm salty water, sunbeds and umbrella was free on the hotel beach, free shuttle bus to hotel beach, prices in hotel and beach were very good, very good breakfast ,

After our arriving at night room was dirty, dog hair on the bed, but staff was very helpfull and gave us new sheets, after that the room was cleaned every day very good. Furniture and bathroom was little bit old and used. Hotel beach is far away from hotel /2km/ you need to use shuttle bus or car.

We stayed around 1 week during end of december 2023. We kind of came here off season but we don't regret it at all. This Hotel is very good decorated and has some very good look with its exotic pool and the look (i mean well maintained ;)) Firstly I have to appreciate the effort put by kitchen Chef Mr. Domenico Fortino who was really co-operative and cooked us everyday rice as we are very much used to eat rice and was directly delivered to our room for a very reasonable price. I thank you very much sir for making our food exp really good. :) I also thank the respected ladies at the reception who were very friendly and helped us to find this option. Coming to breakfast, I liked the egg omelette with bacon, tomatoes and cheese which I ate almost everyday and some very good coffee. My daughter liked the cakes and Nutella. Of course ;) Coming to location, this hotel is very close to beach and can easily go to beach for some real romantic experience. I suggest to take food and drinks with you to beach and watch the sunset at the beach. Have a free parking here. Dogs are allowed for some small extra price. Last but not least, the room cleaning service is really good. We kind of got everyday a very clean room after we came home at the night. We had kid and dog who made bit of mess. Sorry for that to cleaning service and thank you for good work! The Hotel was exceptional! A hidden paradise and like something out of a movie! The interior and exterior design and attention to detail is something you would see in a coffee table book! Stunning 🤩 The service was also next level where nothing was too much to ask for. I would 💯 recommend to stay here if you are travelling through to the south of Italy for a couple of night. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is beautiful and located by the beach. We were booked for two nights and both nights the racket from private parties was unbearable. We had to change rooms to try and avoid the noise of loud music . The hotel admitted that it was a bad choice but the damage was done. If you intend to book there check that a party isn’t scheduled for your stay. A compensation was given but we left tired for our next day drive.
