the breakfast was really good for a B & B, with fresh coffee (We had Machine coffee in others...in ITALY!) and a nice selection of cornetto's (Croissants with stuff in them) meat, bread eggs, etc. The shower was nice. The rooms were clean, and the actual building is quite fun too, with lots of art everywhere, and a pool (Which we sadly didn't have time to use) I can imagine that - after a hard days Archeoligo-ing at the Acropolis - some middle aged Germans in Sketchers would enjoy laying back in the sun, and taking a dip, so you get the best of both worlds here!

The only thing that is a slight negative is that check in has an end-time, meaning if your late, or stuck in traffic, as we were...well I don't know what would happen...sleep in the car? So sadly, we were rushing down motorways to try and get there on time...If it was me, I would allow people to check in whenever they like, it's their room, they're paying for it etc, though I understand this is a small property with limited staff etc...other than that, this was excellent, and so close to the Acropolis.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Nicodemo. Our room and bathroom was a nice size, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. And the air conditioning was excellent. We had our own balcony too where we could dry our swimsuits and towels after swimming in the pool. Breakfast was good and the swimming pool and surroundings are gorgeous - a very nice place to hang out and cool down. The Villa is located just a 15 min walk from the temples and just a little further on is both a supermarket and a fantastic pizza restaurant. We ate there both nights that we stayed at the Villa and we had the best pizzas we’ve had so far during our trip to Italy. The hosts and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The owner very kindly gave us a lift to the train station on the day we left.

Our room was cozy and the lemon grove by the pool is beautiful. The property overlooks the beautiful farmland with mountains in the distance. The staff was very friendly. The property was also in walking distance from a great pizza place, called Street Pizza and Sfizi.

Very good property with private parking area, plus excellent service. Especially, the host was really nice and willing to do anything to satisfy our needs. In addition, the breakfast included was also exceptional.

The host was very nice. Breakfast was good, with freshly made eggs. The size of our room was nice and spacious. They gave us a tray of cafe to drink on our balcony. It was very nice start to the day!

My step daughter and her boyfriend had a different room. They said the shower head was broken in their bathroom. They also said the sheets didn't seem clean and where sandy. Our room was fine and we didn't have these issues.

Everything, Great staff, delicious food, 15 minutos walking from the very nice location of Paestum. It is the best BB I've stayed so far.

The staff at Villa Nicodemo are most kind and accommodating. They not only prepared us a delicious late supper but also helped us by driving us when needed to nearby locations. Which was very much appreciated.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. The swimming pool was most welcome on a hot day. 25 min walk to the archaeological site.

Traffic noise but it did stop late in the evening.
