Breakfast was good. There was a large selection of baked goods. However, one morning even though breakfast was supposed to be until 10:30am when we requested the fresh fruit tray to be refilled at 9:45am the staff refused. The location of the hotel was perfect. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and very polite. The The sauna facilities were excellent- slight criticism was that the massage chair was 10 Euros for 30 minutes. Paying close to $3000 Canadian you would expect 2 bottles of water in the fridge per day. Small things that we do in Canada at spas- have water at the front desk and apples on the desk for guests. Private beach access was a great touch and the pool and spa were exceptionally clean.

Shuttle service would really be helpful to some guests travelling by train as transportation cost for 2 to 3 km is exorbitant- from the bus terminal with heavy suitcases. Could have placed a microwave in the room to reheat food, especially when you have kids.

The staff are brilliant from the cleaner who was fantastic with our room to the ladies in reception special one lady that helped so much when booked taxi didn't show could have missed flight.i have traveled a lot most European countries . Asia and Africa . these people deserve a medal 🏅

This is being picky.pillows are like bullets.and breakfast ok .there is only so much cold scrambled egg and sausage you can take plus soaky bacon.there are no hot plates there is cheese ham fruit bread having been around Venice area 5 times it's normal.did effect my stay a big no.

The hotel is really modern, clean and looks good. The breakfast is also really enjoyable. The big private parking space is also great, just a EV loading station would be a great feature as well.

The hotel is showing a nice wellness area, but you have to reserve it and to pay for it. I expect in such a hotel that the wellness area is included. Overall some rooms (like breakfast room) are a bit small... So if a few guys are on the buffet you have to wait for a longer period of time. Another coffee machine would be good also and speed things up.

We loved everything about Almalux. The staff are warm welcoming, and can not do enough for you. Spotlessly clean. The pool is a delight with clever features so you can have a massage while relaxing in there. Close to the beach. The strip has fantastic bars and restaurants 👌. Lisa the owner is kind, helpful and a warm beautiful lady which made our stay perfect. Loved our trip out on the free bikes which you can hire from the hotel. We would definitely return.

We struggled to exchange sterling in Lido and the exchange rate is terrible in Italy. No where to change money apart from Venice. Load up your card and don't take english money.

The pool was small but lovely with a view of the ocean. The room was also small but was very clean and was comfortable with 2 adults and 2 children (in bunk beds). The sun lounges on the beach were amazing and included a locker which was very helpful. The location was a little outside of the main area of Lido di Jesolo but there were good restaurants within walking distance. All of these pluses were important but the best thing about our stay was the staff. I had read reviews suggesting they were good but I wondered how much better they could be than normal hotel staff. The answer is A LOT. They were amazingly friendly, always responsive, had bus timetables and suggestions at the ready, spoke excellent English. One even drove 1 hour to fetch mail that had been directed to the wrong location! You won't get personal service like that at most places.

You needed to hire beach towels - as travellers from a long way away having free beach/pool towels would have been great (but they only asked us to pay per wash so if we kept the towels for more than one day it was cheaper). The sound proofing for outside noise was good but internally you could hear doors closing etc throughout the hotel. These issues were very small. I would 100% recommend.this hotel.

Good location, close to the sea, quiet place but close to the "main" street with all activities, ideally clean, good wifi in the room, nice stuff. Special thanks to Lisa and Marika for their attitude, their advises and assistance available 24/7 :-) Much appreciated!

Breakfast is OK but it would be better if they can vary at least something from day to day. And a pillow was a bit "hard" according to my taste

The hotel has been renovated to a good standard. It's near the beach and not far from restaurants and shops. The staff were excellent. It was very good value.

Not much really! Instructions for use of the rooftop pool would have been handy. Towels for the beach/pool also would have been good. Instructions for the heating system/air conditioning as this was difficultto understand. Didn't try the spa as there was an additional charge of €45.

Exceptional stay! Can’t recommend this place enough. The host and the girls Lisa, Marika, Alessia we’re so helpful through the whole stay from emails about transfer to and from airport to treating us to a greeting bottle of Champaign and chocolates for our honeymoon/birthday getaway. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotless just like the whole hotel. We couldn’t believe our eyes how beautiful the hotel itself was. The views from the rooftop pool are breathtaking and hotel is in such a great location being close to the city centre and beach strip. The host Sloan with the girls went out of their way to make our stay as magical as we imagined. Thank you so much again will definitely be coming back.

Hotel is amazing. The staff is so welcoming and helpful with everything, they really make sure everything is good for you. Breakfast was excellent, we had parking near the hotel and the most amazing part of the whole stay were spa and heated swimming pool with the sea view. Really great experience, we had a lot of fun and was truly impressed by cleanliness. We loved it here!

The hotel is very new, the room is clean and spacious enough for two people, there is a terrace with a sunbed, the use of the swimming pool is free of charge, the spa center is paid, the staff is friendly, there are free bikes that you can rent. Nice restaurants and pastry shops nearby

The only thing that we didn't like is that the parking is not on spot but a few minutes away in a big parking area
