Great location near both town and beach. Spacious apartment, our room was on 7th floor so view across the area. Apartments were well stocked with goodies and fridge filled with useful items on arrival. Towels changed every day, room cleaned everyday. Cleaners were very friendly.

Although the hotel was accommodating in keeping our luggage for the day after checking out, a room or space for this would be ideal, as would facilities to wash before going to the airport later. The staff did let us use a toilet and store bags in their little office and were helpful. They also let us keep the beach toilets key until we left. Staff did their best.

Great location, close to the beach, close to the inner city. Nice infinity pool, nice whirlpool on the balcony, a parking slot in the center of the lido and lots of options close by. Also the appartment is comfortable and clean.

Somehow I find the concept a little akward as it is not really an apparment but also clearly not a hotel. Considering it is sold as an appartment it is very limited equipped e.g. with cooking equipment. There is no dishwasher etc. but on the other side they clean the apparment including all the cuttlery every day. When you get used to it, actually it is quite comfortable that you don't have to take care that everything is cleaned, however it is probably not what a lot of people might expect of an appartment.

Building is south facing, toward the sea, 702 had the early moring sunrise and good sunshine until about 16:00 NB: Lido Jesolo late September is in close down stages, hoteks and shops are closing for the winter. it was very quiet. Many Bars shops and hotems appeared closed down or deserted.

Please, Please consider a Mosquito mesh for the Toilet bathroom window. It is needed to open this window on its telt mechaism and the mosi's just come in and there are a lot in jesolo! Please can washing up liquid, a cleanining spnge pad scourer and a broon pan and brush be made avilable.. Would be nice to seep out the mess and would be good nelp shuld a plate or glass ever be broken! These are NOT critisms just suggstions for the future.

We liked the size of the room. Large windows made the apartment very bright, which was great. It was easy to make dark during night with curtains. The balcony was huge and the whirlpool there was a big plus for us. Also, it was cleaned every day. Close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in the area.

Cleaning personnel skipped the room if "do not disturb" was up for too long, even though they had other rooms to clean meanwhile and they were around. We did not like that and think that they could have cleaned later since they were around anyway. One day some workers knocked on our door because they should fix a problem with the balcony door. Our impression was that they were unfriendly and not suited to have personal contact with guests.

Great hotel in ideal location on the main street in lido but just far away from all the noise, 5 mins walk. 250m from the beach (hotel has a private beach area) Modern hotel,very clean and great facilities. Jacuzzi bath on the balcony (cleaned every day) and rooftop infinity pool with views of the Adriatic. Free underground parking. Staff generally very friendly

Jacuzzi, infinity pool, very helpful reception available all day, no problems with parking, extremely comfortable beds.

There are no things I didn't really like, girls at reception are always available and happy to help and solve any problems, just call them or ask.

Cosy, clean and bright apartment. Everything you need in flat is provided. Big balcony, comfortable bag. Very nice swimming pool in a roof on the apartment with beautiful view. Very close to the beach, a lot of cafe, restaurants and shops around.

Beautiful flat, perfect position, super clean and very comfortable, especially or families with small kids. The pool on the rooftop is amazing and the private beach too.

No coffee-machine/Moka in the kitchen.

Shower was not sealed properly, so a lot of water was on the floor.
