"Perfect location, clean and modern apartment, everything very close, amazing place.If you want perfect accommodation in Caorle, this is the right place for a family with children. Plenty of hot tubs and pools.Near to the centrum, shops, restaurant, beach etc...Everything is very close, just a 3- 5 minute walk.

Just one thing to note – a resort of this size should have more washing machines and dryers. There were only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers in the entire resort. Sometimes we had to wait a long time because the machines were occupied. And when we finally managed to start our laundry, it seemed like guests from other apartments tried to stop the machine and take our clothes out so they could use it. But when they realized they couldn’t open it, they restarted the cycle, so our clothes ended up washing over and over again.

The location is very nice, close to the beach and in a quiet area. The pools are great, especially the one for little kids, not slippery at all and warm water. The room was clean and the ac worked very well and it wasn't too loud. But it was full of ants, even if we were at 5th floor, they were appearing from nowhere and invading the apartment. I had to wash the floor multiple times a day, and even so, the ants were coming again . Awful! The bed wasn't very comfortable, what to say about the couch from livingroom...totally uncomfortable! The kitchen wasn't equipped enough. The apartment was for 4 people but there weren't enough plates, cups and so on... No hangers in the ap, only one in the bathroom! Maybe it sounds funny, but it's really annoying not having where to hang your wet towels. The drying rack from the terrace is not enough for 4! The bathroom needs hangers! There are lot of details that made the experience there pretty uncomfortable, and for this money...is not acceptable!

Ants in the apartment! a lot of ants! - uncomfortable bed and sofa - not enough equipment in the kitchen - chairs very bed design, with the legs sticking out, very easy to trip over - not enough hangers - for this money , the beach sunbeds should be included in the price

This resort is truly exceptional with its timeless design, modern approach, and perfect location. We really liked that it is not too close to either the beach or the town, providing real peace in your apartment without any disturbances. It’s a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 3-minute bike ride to the town center. Bicycles are freely available and there are enough for the entire resort. Of course, there are also bikes with child seats and separate children's bikes. Absolutely fantastic! FOR FREE! The pool area is great, large enough for relaxation, for kids, and also for sports activities because the large swimming pool is an absolute gem with excellent water temperature. In some reviews, I read that the water is cold; people who wrote that should not confuse a swimming pool with a hot tub. :) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Except for a few small things, which I will mention in the "what I didn't like" section. See ya next year!

I wasn't completely satisfied with the bed, but that's a personal preference. It was too soft. Additionally, I didn't like that the cleaning was done only once a week, and it felt quite neglected. I practically felt like I had dirty feet all the time, which is expected when you're going to and from the beach. I would also appreciate slightly better English, but it's not a deal-breaker - you can still communicate. :) The last thing I didn't like was that people often didn't respect the rules. For example, the 'world of whirlpools' was constantly full of children.

Very secure. Great pool (but chilly). Good sized rooms. Really great location, near beach and near local shops. Good front facing views. Good Internet speed. Remote access/ security for front door, via touchscreen. Really helpful staff!

No kettle, very odd! Didn't like illuminated light switches in bedrooms - room not dark at night. Only one English speaking TV channel. Wardrobe hanging rails too high to reach. It took us 3 days to realise that the window and door handles HAD to be locked for air-conditioning to work - simply shutting doors and windows was not enough. This should have been explained in the welcome letter.

Good location , beach is a few steps away, surrounded by good restaurants but still quiet at night , big rooms, good and stable Wi-Fi and comfortable beds, great pools and jacuzzi , spectacular view to the sea, parking in the garage was easy

We have stayed in the deluxe apartment with 2 bathrooms, one of it was in the room and the WC was in the shower, found it very uncomfortable only with a glass wall and no door on it, there was not enough chairs for 5 in the balcony and we needed to take out the kitchen chairs and then we could not sit all at the dining table, bigger mugs were also not for 5, u need to manage garbage disposal but only one garbage bag provided, no kitchen towel, this is a pricey Appartmant so u would expect a bit more things for your comfort, otherwise our stay was good

Everyone very friendly ,unfortunately the weather was not too good but we made the best of it!

The platform beds are starting to disintegrate…… white stuff peeling off they need to be replaced soon!

Clean, great service, amazing location.

Only negative thing: The sleeping on couch in the living room is for kids only, very uncomfortable for adults.

perfect location (closed to the sea and also just 15-20 minutes walk from the historical area), lovely pool for kids and jacuzzi for relaxing, spacious apartment and extremely helpful and nice staff (I would like to mention Asia at the reception, she was absolutely professional and kind).

The appartment is spacious and perfect for a family, there where 5 of us. The outdoor pool and lounge area is all you need. Are you the kind that like or even prefer the beach it is only a short walk away, but we preferred the resort area. Caorle itself is a tourist destination, loads of German and Austrian families.

The property is very clean. Execellent pool and comfortable apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff.
