Lovely location and setting, within easy reach of Caorle and a great base to explore the area. It took us ~45 minutes to drive there from Marco Polo airport (Venice). Apparently the hotel (and the restaurant next door) often gets used for weddings, and the beautifully kept gardens provide a lovely backdrop. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Italian breakfast (fruit, yoghurt, pastries, juice, and an excellent cappuccino) was delicious! The room was clean and spacious, towels were regularly changed, and there was air conditioning. There was soap/shower gel available but this was fairly basic, so it’s a good idea to bring your own if you can. It was useful to have a drying rack for beach towels and swimsuits (this was hanging in the wardrobe). Worth noting: - the hotel and restaurant share and address! The yellow building with the covered terrace is the restaurant and the white building with the balcony is the hotel. - having a car is pretty much essential to stay here, as it’s not within walking distance of town and buses seemed relatively infrequent.

The Villa itself is delightful! The small garden and pond make for a stunnung szenery. The personel was lovely, helpful and we were gifted with a free breakfast in the hotel restaurant. It was an all around amazing stay and I would absolutely book again!

The shower is a bathtub with a showerhead which can be pretty slippery after taking a shower. Maybe some slip-resistant material in the bathtub could be nice.

Beautiful villa with good big size rooms. We got a beautiful river view room with a small balcony. They have a lovely restaurant too. The host was very friendly and lovely.
