Very good hotel with nice pool. We preferred to stay at hotel pool instead of on the beach. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The room is clean and quiet even though a road passes next to it. We didn't feel crowded by the pool and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

We rented a room for three people. The shower wall and door are transparent, so anyone entering the room can see who is showering. In addition, an open shower door blocks exiting the bathroom. This is poor design and even dangerous, causing discomfort to the occupants.

The reception, or in general the whole staff, was outstanding. We felt very welcome and taken care of. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. Definitely worth coming again. If you book the junior suite the whirlpool is bigger than it looks on the photos, at least for me was another benefit.

Check-out at 10 a.m. is quite early imo. An updated TV could come in handy on rainy days. Both didn't affect us this time though.

Excellent breakfast with a very wide selection. A very good outdoor pool area, with plenty of sunbeds and a pleasant bar. It is not far from the beach (10 minutes walk) and the center (5 minutes walk) and sometimes it is good that the hotel is a little outside.

Access to the indoor wellness department is difficult. A separate entry must be requested at the reception, for a plus fee. The seats on the charter mini-van going to the beach are often full, but the driver always willingly turned around for the guests who were left behind.

Great place, Pool is awesome. I especially like the adult only section. Bike rental is easy and helpful to get to town as the hotel is a little bit outside the main area of the city. Very friendly staff.

There was some morning sewage smell in our bathroom, but management took care of it.

The fact that we could park, utilize the beach service, the pool, and use the bicycles, before, and after check in and check out was exceptional! It made our one night stay extremely memorable! Everyone was incredibly kind, the breakfast buffet was on point, the room was comfortable, and when we needed assistance, the staff was prompt. We will definitely be back!

From the moment I arrived to saying goodbye, the whole experience was superb. I travelled to Caorle to take part in the European Duathlon Championships, so a stress-free environment before and after my event was of major importance to me - I couldn't have chosen a better hotel - facilities, food, access and especially the staff were just great! (I booked my room before the race HQ location had been announced - it was an added bonus to then discover that it was at the convention & sports centre just a few hundred metres from the hotel).

There were a few spider webs up round the top of the curtains, but otherwise I could find no faults during my stay.

Nice, clear hotel, close to the city center. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was great also, with a wide selection. We travel a lot, but we have never met such an excellent staff as here. Everybody is very kind, flexible and has really good humour. Because of this providing services, our future goal to return.

The hotel and location was perfect.

Gluten free breakfast menu needs to be improved. Would be nice if the restaurant in the evening did something other than sea food. Disappointed that the pools were not available for children. We have a daughter who is a competitive swimmer and wasn’t allowed to use the pool. Could do with a kettle in the room. Has a fridge but no tea or coffee facilities.

Absolutely friendly and fun staff, everyone seemed motivated and easy to chat with, whilst respecting your choices and privacy if needed be. We were remembered fast, and often asked "oh, where is the third guy?"

Absolutely nothing to dislike. It is worth the price for sure.
