From the very first moment, our stay at Villa Venezia was amazing. Luigi is a very welcoming and kind host, always ready to help with anything we needed. He provided us with all the information and options on how to visit Venice and nearby beaches, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, with very comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The daily breakfast was a lovely bonus and really added to the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Villa Venezia to anyone visiting the area! Thank you Luigi!

Great deal accommodation with home approach, room suitable to the price. Very friendly owner - Luigi. Italian style breakfast, less choice, but enough, and satisfying. We even could wash children clothing in owners washing machine. By default it was available fridge, or microwave. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you

We did like everything, good location and easy to find and get there. The room was a good size, very clean and tidy. Personal is a very friendly and welcoming, English speaker that was a bonus for us. They have been very helpful about giving instructions and tips about the area ,what to visit, and the best tips for attractions from the area. I definitely recommend this place. We love it, as we had a good time spent there. Thank you. 😃

Wonderful experience. Quiet location, although in a central area with easy access. Beautiful yard with superb trees, nice interiors. Welcoming host, gave us excellent recommendations about the beaches and restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed, blinds to make complete dark at night, good air conditioning. We had a relaxing stay, hope to return here!

Owners were perfect and they made breakfast and coffee every morning. They have a beautiful yard with a few chickens and 2 dogs, which were all beautiful to look at in the mornings. Honestly, this was the most peaceful place we could have chosen!

The only thing that I would have liked more was to have a separated hall for the bathrooms, but even that was no big deal.

The location is great. The owner is very kind. The room is clean and nice. Breakfast is the Italian colazione, but it is very good. The yard is amazing, and they have some tables outside if you want to enjoy coffee. Also I saw that the have a little playground in the yard for kids. Overall an amazing stay💙

A comfortable room and nice Italian breakfast. Ideal to discover the surroundings of Venezia, especially comfortable for a family vacation. There’s a nice garden to hang around and a playground for the children. Oh, and very friendly hosts (live in the same building and are vary caring during the whole stay.)

We stayed at Villa Venezia for one night on our trip to ski resort. Unfortunately, stay was too short to provide an honest review - for us, everything was fine and as we expected - Luigi is a great host - we were late due to the heavy rain and he was waiting for us. Room is fine, property has a really nice yard. Breakfast we had was excellent.
