I booked this stay for one night; the organization of flowers and prosecco for our arrival went flawlessly. The staff was very friendly, and we had no waiting time for check-in or check-out. If you want to have an early check-in or check-out, ask in advance. We decided to have dinner there. The restaurant is very cozy, especially the small garden in the back. A lot of greens and trees, which makes for a very calm atmosphere with romantic tables for two, perfect for couples. They specialize in fresh fish, which was amazing and is a must-try. Great choice of wine as well.. The Room: We had the King room, which was very nice, very clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The shower was huge, and the lighting was awesome and could be controlled by a tablet in the room (colors and scenes). Parking was good and right in front of the hotel entry, but there was no underground parking, although the parking space was covered by trees. The hotel is located next to some cute cocktail bars and oyster bars, which provide perfect opportunities for a great aperitivo. The breakfast buffet was a bit sparse; I was missing salmon (since they focus on fish) and fresh orange juice. The pastries are mostly made in-house and are very tasty. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

- Since I am very light-sensitive for sleep, the emergency exit lamp was very bright the whole night and disturbed my sleep. - The toilet is separated from the bathroom by a see-through glass door, which lacks privacy.

We had a beautiful 5 nights stay in August 2024, we reserved through booking, but I recommend you reserve directly with the hotel. The room was very nice, clean, high quality furniture and bed, with comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom was clean, modern, functional. If you want towels to be taken there are instructions saying to leave them on the floor. The shampoo/shower gel & hand soap are good quality, we even bought a shower gel for 10€. The breakfast was delicious, a wide range of options and it costs 10€ / person / day (a fair price) You could choose from: omelette, ham, cheese, mozzarella, croissants (with butter and with cream/fruit fillings or pistachio filling), various fresh juice options, boiled eggs, bruschete, pancakes with various jam options or Nutella. Also, there were different cakes to choose from, freshly cut fruit, au gratin vegetables, etc. The receptionists were very helpful, giving all the necessary information to get around. A very special thanks to Denise who I could speak Dutch with, you made our stay very good, but also to all of the staff! Definitely a good option for next summer if they keep their good practices and prices.

This hotel is stunning, with each room uniquely designed and furnished with meticulous attention to detail. The restaurant is exceptionally beautiful, adding to the overall experience. It's an ideal stay for those who appreciate elegance and refinement. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, with a special mention to Ms. Laura, who was especially helpful and compassionate when I encountered some issues with my reservation.

The hotel is unassuming and it has a boutique feel about it. The receptionist was extremely helpful as we had problems with our flights and was likely to arrive in late at the night. The room was immaculately clean and tidy - everything appeared like new.

This isn't a fault of the hotel but we arrived late. Therefore we didn't get to use the facilities.

The friendly staff made the hotel even better- especially Alex and Denise we appreciate you. The hotel was so lovely and clean I couldn’t fault it .

San Donà di Piave is a little bit far from Venise. The hotel is 20 min walk from the train station, and during the nigt (at 22h PM) there is no public transportation (bus, ...). We had to walk. But it was our choice in order to pay less for the hotel.

It was fun ´the "Disco Feelling in the Hotel Room" because of the Light possible combinations! but honestlly after a wile, it's not very intersting any more. The Dinerrooms were quite nice.

The fotos of the Breakfast looks way better as actually is. Please don't use so industrial Products, I think comparing with the infrastructure and the simpathy from the personal, the breakfast should as also follow this quality. I think in Italy, one hopes for better home made products... but this is not what i didn't really like, but more as a kindly suggestion.

Pro: - location -cleanliness Cons: - found parking, but was not a marked spot and was the last available space - small shower cabin - breakfast was not refilled with 30mins before closing, most of the options weren't available anymore

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years. I can notice there are always some new things that they introduce to complete the stay of their guests and make it more pleasant. Everything was excellent, starting from the reception, communication with the staff, comfortable bed, impeccably clean room and ending with delicious breakfast and quick check-out. I especially want to praise the young waiters who served dinner. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. ☆☆☆☆☆

The rooms are very clean and well equipped. Breakfast is very fresh and delicious.

We had the early check out on the last day. We asked reception to have a simple breakfast in bag to carry with us to the airport. Reception staff said it will be in bags on the reception desk to pick it up in the morning but there was no bags in the morning there.
