I booked the room because it was near the Designer Outlet Noventa di Piave and I was there to go shopping. It was really close to the shops, probably 4 minutes walk. The room was very clean which was very important for me. It was comfortable and they provided everything needed, even slippers (while in other hotels that I stayed in Venezia they asked me to buy the slippers myself). The breakfast was very delicious and abundant, you had plenty of options to choose from.

It was really cold so I had to ask for an extra blanket. It would have been nice if extra blankets were provided in the wardrobe.

Nice lay out of hotel and breakfast being the highlight, shame on last day we could not grab a breakfast as we had to leave just before breakfast time, we had a crossest which was nice of them. Very nice hot chocolate and the Prosecco is also nice by the pool.

No Early breakfast box or selection for early leavers take-away drinks etc,

The location is very close to town and shopping outlets. All within walking distance. friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms

Didn't like that we had to pay to use the pool. The gym could have had room weight machines.

This is my fifth time staying here, and once again, the accommodation was excellent. The staff is especially pleasant and humble, making the experience even more enjoyable. The view during breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended!

I think it's time for the rooms to be updated and refreshed a bit, as they're starting to feel a little worn.

Absolutely wonderful! Incredibly clean and tidy rooms, and you couldn't ask for a better location if you want to stay near the Outlet. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. If you're planning a trip to Venice, staying here is a great choice – you can do some shopping and easily visit Venice, which is only 40km away.

Location is perfect, near to outlet stores. Hotel was good, we stay one night and having a breakfest…the food was delicious and stuff was kind.

We didn’t get a bathrobe and the covers for bed was inserted with one sheet up and one sheet down, I would like to covered with a normal fitted bed linen.

Breakfast was the highlight of my stay. Hotel’s location and parking are quite convenient if you’re just transiting via A4 or visiting the outlet.

The rooms are terribly small when compared to large hotel chains in Italy in the same price range. Much of the amenities, especially in the bathroom, are a bit tired and could use some refurbishment. Overall, the value for money is not really that favorable unless you’re really keen being in this particular location.

The hotel looks like 3 stars max not 4 The bathroom with outdated towels No mirror in the room No trash can in the room No coffee machine, no complimentary bottles of water. They have provided me with a kettle when i asked for it and it was a bit outdated They refused 1-2 hours later checkout

All was ok. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and it was silent. Just come with a car. It is far from everything. Good base to take a trip to Venice. Taxi to the train station is around 15€, train ticket to Venice was cheap, like 7€ one way if I remember correctly.
