We stay there for the purpose of flying out of Venice Airport the next morning. We were able to walk to the airport in 15 minutes. We also get self-serve breakfast, which is very convenient and gives flexibility. The hallway, the kitchen setup is cute. The room is big and pleasant. The bathroom is also roomy. Communication with the host is also good, thorough ! responsive. timely.

We arrived the hotel after 7PM, it was a little dark outside, so we took taxi from St Lucia station Venice instead of bus. We are glad that we made the taxi decision. If it were daytime, we would have probably take bus.

I expected a nice night in an average place, but what I experienced definitely exceeded my expectations. The stay was not long, but it was so pleasant, comfortable beds, clean bedding, clean room, bathroom shared with another room but incredibly cozy and with the possibility of locking! Kitchen at your disposal at all times, equipped with everything you need and even more! Breakfast prepared with great attention to detail and heart. The place looks inconspicuous, but I have never met anyone who puts so much heart into preparing place for guests for a nice stay. I definitely recommend it, and I would even gladly return!

Very nice property at about 15 min walk from Marco Polo airport. I had to catch an early flight so the location was ideal. I walked there from the airport and in the morning Diego booked a shuttle bus to the airport, cheap and super convenient. The B&B is located in a very quiet spot in the countryside, very clean with everything you need. Nice comfortable room with very clean bathroom, very comfortable bed. There was a spotless kitchen where you can make coffee or tea. Overall great experience. I’ll be back . Thank you Diego.

Everything about it. The location, the front yard, the interior, the rooms and the breakfast. It was perfect. I had a very long journey and beyond tired so I arrived, had a Jasmine tea provided with the service and slept like a baby. And now I feel ready for my next flight. This should sum up everything. Oh and he even built an elevator to take your suitcases up. So no need to lift heavy weight to get to your room. The automatic locks were awesome. Diego truly manages his property like a true entrepreneur. It was 4-star hotel quality in my opinion.

The room and the bathroom were large and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and it was so convenient to have breakfast ready whenever we wanted it. We really appreciated the fresh fruit. The location was very convenient to the airport and quiet ( except for a few planes passing through which were not very noticeable ). We recommend it if you like having access to a kitchen and would like to be close to the airport.

A suggestion would be to expand the breakfast offerings to include plain yogurt, muesli and whole wheat bread and to include more fresh fruit :) Also, walking from the airport to the b&b was a bit dangerous because of having to cross the busy multi- lane road that didn’t have a cross walk- so would recommend an Uber or taxi instead.

It was home from home. Beautifully decorated too with old furniture, it had real character. Our rooms were clean and spacious and the a/c was much appreciated! We enjoyed our self- serve breakfast and loved how the table was set for us with all we needed. Diego the host was very good at communicating with us about how to access the rooms and how to find the house.

We chose to walk from the airport very late at night and I wouldn’t recommend this. Bitten by insects and a very dark road to walk down. This wasn’t anyone’s fault but our own. My advice would be only to walk in daylight, and also bear in mind there is a busy road to cross. There are shuttle services available at the airport too.

My flight was cancel, easyjet told me they will arrange accommodation for me and they didn't do it. So I booked in B&B Diego and with almost no notice I arrived at the place. They are doing some renovation in the stairs so from outside seems close. But not, the place is beautifull and comfortable to relax after a long trip. The host was great, and even if the place is quite isolated, they have delivery for food and they receive you with a fridge fully prepared.

They have a beautiful garden, now for the renovation you can not appreciate in full but I am sure that in a couple of months will be great

The place is perfect when needing to sleep close to the airport. The owners sent clear instructions and were very responsive. House I lovely

From the airport you need to cross a quite dangerous road. There is no cross path or anything. That was scary to do in the middle of the night as illumination on the street is almost absent

Great to have breakfast available on-site! So convenient! Also appreciated Diego’s being open to our staying an extra night, if our airline was still cancelling flights. A gracious host and a nice man.

On the second day, the key code upstairs (outside) didn’t work in the afternoon, even though it had worked the day before and earlier that morning. Tried twice then called our daughters who were in the room to let us in.

Everything was perfect!!! I don't have words to express how much I like it. The room is really big with two beds available one queen and one small one. The kitchen is totally equipped and available for guests, with biscuits, bread, coffee, jams, butter, milk yogurt, etc etc etc. Everything is perfectly arranged. The bathroom is really big too. And the host is very kind to guide us in every step and question about how to arrive at the b&b and how to go to the airport, among others.
